Come in here fairly frequently and while they are speedy at serving, it?s definitely done with attitude! And the tables are often full of other people?s stuff. As an ex-barista I would say this is a 50/50 situation, awful of the customers not putting their stuff on the shelves for collection, but also awful of the cafe for not keeping on top of it too. As far as Costa?s go, don?t hate it, don?t love it!

Visited you yesterday - (kinson Bmth) Apparently you don?t do normal pouring cream any more, just vegan cream !? Only 4.7% of the population are vegan that?s all !!!!! so 95.3% have to have vegan cream ???? I absolutely love Costa with pouring cream and was told small Costas only do vegan cream now - please tell me this isn?t the case and the staff were wrong ? I dutifully bought the coffee with the vegan cream and it was horrible ! Look forward to your reply - so disappointed!

It is a beautiful and very clean place. The coffee is really good! They play music that puts you in the mood, and it?s a great spot for studying or working. There?s a nice variety of seating ? chairs, sofas, and tables ? plus outdoor seating if you enjoy fresh air. It?s also conveniently located next to Tesco Market. Overall, such a relaxing and comfortable vibe!

Ordered 3 iced frappé drinks and got 2 gingerbread hot coffees. How can you get order so wrong. Not the first time it's happened either.

As someone who works in hospitality, give credit where credit is due, Izzy who served me at the till was lovely and very welcoming especially as it was busy and Aaliyah who made my drink was also very friendly and even complimented what i was wearing! lovely staff lovely drinks too!

Used to be one of my favourite places to go especially with the kids, staff used to be so friendly. My eldest took her first steps there, I had my gender reveal for my youngest there, I was a regular for years ..but recently the staff haven't been very friendly towards me and I now don't like going there at all. They don't always have vegan options and it's just not like it used to be. I much prefer Starbucks now as a family place to go, staff are much more warming and child friendly plus they have way more vegan drinks options. Sorry Costa you've lost a regular.Vegetarian options: Not that many options for vegans and the label for vegan and vegetarian are to similar, my eyesight clearly not being the best mistook vegetarian for vegan a few times!

I went there with my elderly service user (I am a support worker). It was Sunday midday. Costa in Kinson was full of customers, very long queue. However, there were only two members of staff... Obviously I had to wait long for one drink and my service user got very impatient. What is going on Costa management? Two members of staff during a busy time?
