She had great communication skills, was always positive and approachable, and her cheerful attitude made the process much less stressful. Recently sold through Connells Southbourne. Rio and the team were brilliant. We ended up using their mortgage advisor and their solicitors and very happy with all their services, would definitely recommend.

The worst experience I have ever had with an estate agency. Head Office useless and sat on a tenancy agreement for a week and wasnt done in time to collect the keys when agreed times to collect the keys etc and had to wait for over 6 hours. all i got was that there head office is know for it and that it has always been a problem. a formal complaint email will be going through as due to there delays i have received a large invoice from the removal company for the massive delay. i personally wouldnt recommend using Connells

Highly recommend Chloe for your Mortgage/Re-Mortgage advice & needs. She went above and beyond to make our first mortgage application as smooth as possible for our first home and gave us multiple options to help make our decision simple. Hugely appreciated!
The whole team within the Southbourne office were great and very welcoming! They sent us regular updates on new properties during our search and although we found our new home with another agent, they still made us feel welcome and gave advice where needed.
