Each time I go in the store lately it has been such a negative experience. There are one or two staff who are clearly trying to give good customer service but this is overshadowed by a supervisor, female who is overtly rude. Today she came out with her usual horrible mood and reluctantly dealt with an issue, looked at me as if I were dirt as I had waited in the queue throughout and turned on her heel and disappeared. I continued to wait as the issue was still not resolved and no other staff.
The post Office adds to the problem as staff are having to serve on the till at the same time.
There is also another female member of staff whose manners are sadly lacking, although she was not there today.
I object to being treat like I am a nuisance instead of a regular friendly customer.
I am considering changing my local shop which is a shame. One more chance Co-Op to put staff issues right before I do so. I feel almost afraid to go in this shop. I have to brace myself each time.

Some of the staff are fantastic. Friendly polite and go outta their way. But there's a good handful which I try to avoid.
There's one that seems a little too simple to be working behind a till. He doesn't talk to you. Doesn't say thank you. And forgets to actually give you the tobacco or scratch cards you paid for.
The other is an older lady who comes across a bit of a stob. She's the only one who will refuse my ID every time I need it for a purchase or collecting a parcel.
The place is constant being robbed of its meats and cheeses from local thieves. This means the shelves are left bare for these paying customers.
If it wasn't the only shop within walking distance for me, I'd else another shop.

Josh customer service totally rubbish, I told 3 times that I a member and he still didn?t apply for the coffee discount . He scan my card then asked me to move to another till then, I left the store been paying 2.50 for the coffee instead 1.25, this place is seeing to be the worst customer service. How people can be at the till serving customer like that. Never again I will return here. He shouldn?t be working here.

Tom/thomas needs serious training in customer service or just reminding of basic manners no greeting, ignored me when I asked for a bag so I had to ask twice no help bagging neither. Didn?t tell me my total. Didn?t actually say a word to me. Only thing he did say during my transition was complaining to his co worker about the time and not having a break yet. Before I had even zipped up my purse and grabbed my bags he was already scanning the next customers shopping next customer also wasn?t greeted. Very rude zero effort given with customer service or manners, why even bother working in retail/customer service???

Wanted the post office services . Kept waiting for nearly ten minutes before someone came out to serve. Always have to wait or queue.

Is there an app? NO
Will your details you register with be sold for advertising purposes? Most definitely.

At times they are good, at busy times usually incompetent & unobservent, 2 out of 3 self serve tills unusable, till staff slow at best, gave up waiting after asking them to fix the machines as the queue was growing faster than they could serve, & they hadn't even noticed or cared!

I went to the store for a few things. In google, there was information that the store is open til 22:00 on Sunday. Unfortunately, a note was posted stating that the shop was open until 18:00. I was very disappointed and I lost time to get to the store. Next time I will go to other shop I can rely on.

The store is good and well stocked. The price of items vary but it's worth it as it's quality is first class.
