Mouldy food, dripping down on to other food.
A shop I already try to avoid when possible due to high prices, slow staff, and a general low quality customer experience.
Yesterday evening, I walked in for some peppers.
Some had mould on, some had turned to mush in the packets and some had gone so far as to leak on other food.
Every pepper, single or in a packet was not fit for consumption. With no visible use by/sell by dates.
Not such a convenience store after all.

Am in this shop several times a week. Staff always friendly and welcoming, enough variety of items that I can always find what I need. Might be a little more expensive, but you are paying for the convenience of it being on your doorstep. No complaints here!

Why havent you changed the The Co-operative Food sign to the new co-op logo? Is it because Southern co-op owns it instead?
Anyway, apart from that Decent sized little shop, not hardly anything stocked and staff quite rude and untrained at times. As i walked in a smelt a strong smell of cleaning products which wasnt the best.
Overall, it wasnt the best visit.
Wont be coming back.

Pisspoor standards of assistance, if there is a customer coming to you and you basically wipe your hands of it, you shouldnt expect a good review, your paypoint service is useless as you should contact the company yourself if the same customers tells you about the same problem twice, at the moment I have £40 floating somewhere in cyberspace for Amazon credit because there is no way of the public contacting paypoint and you choose to have the system in your store, you have different means, either get rid of the system or report the problemI ain't coming back

Like this shop. OK staff members, polite and friendly. Food is fresh and good quality. Some products in clearance for unbeatable prices but normally little expensive. Will visit again
