I bought the chocolate chip hotcross buns supposedly with filled with salted caramel fudge pieces. Disappointing not one fudge piece in any of the 4pk buns or a hint of the taste of caramel. I bought them last year as well and exactly the same. Should just sell them in packaging that says choc. chip hot cross buns. But the large 3 cheese pizza is the best, better than any other shop pizza, even from the takeaway shops. So I would rate the pizza 5 stars. The staff are all friendly and helpful. 5 stars for them too.

I saw a couple of negative reviews and felt compelled to say that I have used this store a few times a week for years and years and it's completely sound. Staff are nice, it sells stuff, never had a single problem there. Keep up the good work.

Can you please train your staff properly? I tried to buy an Observer newspaper this morning (I have a subscription card) but two of your staff couldn't process the transaction. The Co-op is specifically listed as a store where subscription cards are accepted! I ended up going to the convenience store across the road who accepted my card without any issue.

EVERY single time I visit this store I see people shoplifting, not just small amounts either, hence most of the shelves are empty. Understandably the staff can?t tackle this but at least the store owner should put in place safety measures, they must be losing thousands each week.

Amazing Team, very friendly and easy to get on with. Regarding the shoplifting accusations. I?ve been shopping there for a year as it is round the corner from me and I?ve seen one incident- which someone reported and the guy on til said ?it?s not worth getting stabbed over? which I completely agree with as the area can sometimes have rough people who are in dire situations and ready to risk.
