Worst coop ever. Bread section is empty 90% of the time. No fresh croissants no fresh bread?

Having completed a weekly shop at my local co-op (Moordown) upon reaching the till and having received the total,I was informed that the loyalty card reader was experiencing problems and had been for a while.
I replaced the customer offers myself.
May I suggest that signage be placed at the front door to ensure customers are aware of problems before entering.

The Co-op store is quite small and does not have much variety of vegetables . Some of the items seem expensive compared to Lidl of the same items.

I go to this store everyday and everyday there is a homeless man outside - I say homeless loosely as he's definitely not homeless - he arrives on his push bike just before the school run parents walk by with their children, he's either say outside the doors or going to the toilet in the bush opposite - can't believe the co-op allow him to be there day after day just harassing's people constantly. CO_OP sort it out, I've spoken to a lot of parents who all say he's intimidating !!!!

I came to moordowns CO-OP morning I politely asked Security Guard, where is milk security Guard was being really rude like he doesn?t want to be at work 9:35am date 4 July 2024
He said he doesn?t work for any company he works for his own country company when I ask him for the details he hasn?t provided any details

I went in for a few bits after doing some other shopping on the high street so already had a few bags. I?d noticed the security guard kept coming closer but didn?t think anything of it until I was at the self checkout scanning my shopping and he he?s stood a couple of inches behind me watching everything I do and then he puts his hand in the packing area and moves my bag. I was outraged but I have autism and am too afraid to speak up. I?d given absolutely no indications of anything suspicious so I have no idea what this could have been about other than yet another security guard on a power trip!

Excellent lady at the till on Sunday. However security are completely useless. I was only in there for about ten minutes and watched maybe two shoplifters just pick up items and walk right past the security guard who was on his phone. Didn?t even bat an eyelid. What is the point of security if you?re making the regular staff do your job for you? No quarrels with the regular staff. They?re always friendly when I go in there.

Staff are very helpful and the store is always clean and tidy. It gets very busy before and straight after school hours ,but the self scan is always staffed

Fairly small store but free parking is handy. Much more expensive than most other supermarkets. Also a weird system if you collect a parcel where they get you to walk to the back of the store and wait by a door.

Very expensive shop on most products .Does not appear to be competitive with other local supermarkets.Am put off by there prices

Not even 1*star. Click and collect : First- after I've arrived I've been told I'm in wrong branch. Second - shop assistant just dropped my shopping on the floor and disappeared with no check!!! Third - obvious, missing staff. I've asked for help old lady behind the counter for help. Mistake. Fourth - she was arrogant, rude and helpless. This is happening to Deliverooo I've been told by young lad but at least he gave me my missing item. Is this Co-op standard towards Co-op member and CO-OP COLLEGE?!!!!? Shame will never visit again and will share my experience! One of the reason why customers spending their money with competitors!!!
