Nice enough shop with friendly staff, but often closed 30 minutes before the official closing time of 11pm, so it's a bit inconvenient to not know if it's going to even be open when you get there.
Update: Normally when it's closed early, the lights are still on and the staff are still in there etc. But tonight I went at 22:25 and it was again closed early, but the lights were all off and the shutters were down/across, indicating it closed much earlier than usual. Very annoying.

Ordered delivery tonite, received with product missing, could not contact
Coop, no answer to phone, no way of messaging, round and round , getting nowhere , driver no help charged for missing item, absolutely bad

This used to be a much better place before the price hikes and the restructuring of the store. Now, everything just feels cramped and messy. They also just do not sell anything useful here. The staff is lovely as ever, and the bread is nice. That is it.

Don't even bother. Shop closes 30 minutes before the listed time. Forgot to get some groceries and figured I'd walk over and grab a few items as it is the closest grocery store. Store was locked up and I could see the employees closing the tils (10:35pm on a Thursday). I waited by the door to see if maybe they would let me in, but no. They completely ignored me. By this time it was now too late to walk to any other grocery store. Absolute bummer.

Went in after my sunbed to get a drink security gard was following me around was literally looking around with him up my a$$ then when I went to pay he wanted to look through my bag which I was completely fine with as I haven?t stolen anything ? ruined my day tho because it?s just embarrassing even another customer told him to leave me alone as I was innocent!! infront of everyone no apologies either so rude definitely need a new security gard someone who?s actually professional

Deliveroo Beware: We made an order last night around 2 hours or so before closing, a set of kitchen roll and 2 bottles of mouthwash were missing from the order (around £8 worth of items)!
2 Phone calls were made to the store, with no answer.
Upon scouring through the google reviews, it appears that this is a common occurrence at this store, absolute joke!

Sorry to some of the staff there as a few lovely people there but appaling service as far as picking and delivery goes.

don't even bother ordering stuff from here, absolute weirdos ordered 5 things and didn't receive not one of them instead i got a tiny bottle of vodka and some ice cream cones??? cheers for that nans in absolute shambles

Went in brought two meal deals they charged me twice then told me I had to pay again and the money never went back into my account the staff was rude and the manager well he spoke to me like an idiot !!

Badly stocked all too often and cluttered. Some of the staff members are cliquey not all of them but most of them I?ve been served by were borderline pestering when I just want to get what I want and leave it at that.

I find its temporary closed alot of the time and seems for no reason too. Its the only shop i no that temporarily closes. Never see asda or tescos doing this. Should be mslong a efgort to keep cusomers happy as there will soon be a asda 1 min away

Terrible store , have one till open so queues build up . Why pay and install three if you are only going to operate one ??? Then change the queueing system so it goes across the door but happy to let you queue down the aisle for a customer to then tell you they?ve changed there queuing system , absolute joke , avoid and go to Castle Lane , much more friendly and efficient

Only bother to open one till , queue route is now across the store past the entrance , not very helpful when staff let you and another queue down the aisle and don?t say anything , when did your queue route change , open more tills and reduce queues , awful store
