Popped in the coop but couldn't believe the attitude of the young dark haired spotty face youngster who was dealing with an elderly lady before me. He was constantly playing with his hair and throwing things behind the till. His total attitude was unacceptable and he was moaning that he had a bad day. UNBELIEVABLE.
