I had an excellent experience with Clifftons. From the start of my tenancy right through to the end, they were always friendly, professional, and helpful. Any issues I reported were dealt with quickly, and communication was always clear and responsive. I rented an apartment from James at Clifftons letting agents in Bournemouth and found him responsive, friendly, and professional. I had my deposit returned in full and if I move back to Bournemouth, I would rent through him again.

Lived in one of their house shares for 1.5 years and during all of that time they forgot to send me communication but sent it to the old tenant. Mentioned it several times was never fixed.When my lease was up and I moved out they AGAIN sent the communication and log in details for the deposit to the old tenant. Meaning the old tenant can access MY deposit money. When I asked them about it they just said there is nothing they can do.If you want a reliable agency don?t go through them. They will manage to send your money to the wrong people!

Izzy was the reason our purchase of our first home went ahead! Without her, two bumbling solicitors would have happily ignored their clients (and each other) until it was time to send the bill. I highly recommend this agent. I have just bought an apartment in Bournemouth and James,s attention to detail and professionalism was superb.. He made sure that the matter was bought to a satisfactory conclusion with his knowledge of the workings of the block. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Superb service, professionalism, attention and co-operation. We have just completed a purchase through Clifftons and have been impressed and delighted with the service they have given us as buyers during a traumatic time. Iain Miller in particular, went above and beyond the usual estate agent remit to help secure a sale in these challenging times. He kept faith whilst our own buyer "dithered" and Iain kept everyone informed all along the way. The support staff in the office were great at passing on messages and calls were responded to despite current restrictions. Iain was calm and re-assuring and gently guided the process to a conclusion with just the right balance of constant monitoring without undue pressure that would have been counter productive. As a former student I?ll say something that most of my peers can agree on: MOST agencies in Bournemouth go out of their way to screw students and take them for every pound they?ve got.Clifftons gave us our first positive experience in using a rental agency. Their staff was unbelievably patient and helpful. Shoutout in particular to Shaznay who helped us out with everything while we stayed.Responsiveness to maintenance problems was always quick. Even when checking out, we received a much larger amount of our deposit back than we expected, given that we forgot to notify that we were not renewing our tenancy at the end of the month.It?s important to highlight the few good agencies out there that actually do their best to help out tenants, and not just find ways to help landlords take their deposits.

I do not recommend this agency. I contacted with them to ask if the landlord accept children. I called them 4 times and every time they promised me I will receive answer in one week. They never called. I was willing to rent this flat. Unfortunatelly, it was gone and they didn?t let me know.They don?t respect customers.
