It was a great experience, and the team is so helpful, especially Hannah, she helped us out couple of times with having my daughter?s feet measured and she was very kind and patient with her, we enjoyed our time there.

I noticed a sale was on at Castlepoint and popped in to see if there were any mens lace up deck shoes/casual walking shoes/trainers suitable for my husband. Abby offered to check her tablet for which sale shoes were available in a size 12 and bought my selection out to see. Really appreciated her thorough professional and helpful approach - bought 2 pairs which were a hit with my hubby:) Thanks very much for the excellent customer service Abby
