Went in to get school shoes. We were quickly seen to and managed to get the perfect pair of shoes for my picky preteen. Special thanks to Jamie who looked after us.

Popped in for school shoes. We were looked after by Jamie, who was attentive and wrote down the sizes for us knowing we weren't purchasing in store on that day. That did not stop him being so lovely and he was brilliant with our children. I have been to clarks every year for school shoes for the last 6 years and there have been a mixed bag of experiences and this was the best one.

Dropped in with our three children to get measured - staff member, apparently the only one on shop floor, was standing staring at her phone - she looked up and grimaced at me! I think she thought it was a smile in her mind! Then remarkably, she carried on doing something on her phone without saying a word! I asked, 'hi, do you work here?' because honestly, I wasn't sure anymore at that point given the reception I received - condescendingly, she replied, 'yes' as though I was stupid to ask such a question - I then asked if she would measure or children's feet, incredibly she retorted, 'i will once I've finished helping this customer' - this suggests the 'customer' was the phone in her hand - how absurd. Never again!

Went to the Clarks in bournemouth and for a smaller shop it had everything we needed. Went in with the family and got the kids some new school shoes and myself some trainers. Customers service was amazing. We had Gillian who was so patient and helped us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend Clarks bournemouth

Popped into the Bournemouth branch this afternoon, was served by Maria. I explained what I needed. Maria measured my feet.. Then proceded to show me what was available in my new size. Very pleasent experience, knowledgeable staff and a great purchase ?

Left it so last minute this year to get school shoes. Was busy, but not as busy as i expected. We weren't waiting long at all. Had a very friendly and helpful guy called Jamie. My middle son has really wide feet and had issues fitting into the kids shoes. Jamie took us downstairs and we found some mens shoes that start size 6. Perfect! Left with 2 pairs of shoes , in and out within 20 minutes. Easy, friendly , stress free.

Today I went this Clarks store in Bournemouth town centre. I asked a black hair staff(maybe Indian lady )for size 3.5 of the sandal. She said, yes, we have this size. Then she came back to me with size 3 and told me, they have only size 3 and 4. but she asked me to have size 4,only half size bigger. I'm thinking, if I ask you to wear half size bigger shoes, what do you think? Then she used an iPad to show me the available shoes online with size 3 which are all winter shose or boots. I feel so disrespectful and imploite. She's not helpful at all and seems doesn't what is good customer service.
