Service is really poor in this takeaways, they hire staff and leave them on shift by themself, lack of knowledge and poor communication skills. Chicken cottage used to be high standard and good quality service now its worse please fix this place.

Went in and ordered a spicy chicken wrap which ended up giving me food poisoning and putting me in bed for a week. Absolute terrible food I?m shocked they?re still open .

Never again, I do not recommend. I ordered fries that were undercooked, the only plus was the topping. Finger-sized chicken strips with 1% meat and the rest is tasteless breading. I would give it less than one star but I can't when it comes to the food. The only plus is good service and people who work there

The food I ordered was nothing like what was displayed on the menu board . Had a half an hour wait for mediocre chicken and chips . Ordered the 'Half Peri Peri Chicken' it is displayed served with Rice . No rice . Asked for sides , only options chips and a drink . Really not impressed . Long waiting time , food not as advertised , I will not be returning and do not recommend to anybody . Go elsewhere .

Where do I start , let?s say it?s not good , the peri wings wasn?t even cooked , basically raw with a bit of chargril , the chicken burger was cold and just full of lettuce and sour mayo , the stripes are so tiny, looking like worms lol , and the chips are like cardboard and I ordered 2 hot wings , only got 1 and it looked sad , , honestly why do you think it?s okay to serve this ? I love going here. Lovely place. Very neat and conducive. Their food is really nice. I enjoy the spicy and hot chicken and chips. The staff are amazing. Prasad is really a nice guy. He Makes sure my order is cooked according to my specifications. Overall a good customer service too. I always return.
