Shop claims to be open 10am - 4pm on a Sunday currently waiting 40 minutes now and still shop is closed with no information about what is going on.

We went to Cex in Bournemouth to buy a Wii console. After coming back home and setting it up it ended up not working. We then went to Cex in Boscombe to see if they could help us. The man in there was amazing, extremely helpful (it only took 30 mins wait time for them to see what was wrong with it). He then exchanged it for one that now works. We are now super happy with our purchase!! Thank you to the man that was so helpful

Great store and staff! Had issues with an SSD I purchased, brought it back and changed it for a better one which worked perfectly. Dealt with a really nice guy who provided excellent customer service!

Dropped and go service was awful. Two days now past I still have not got the money I was promised.
The customer service team basically doesn?t exist and I have not once been been emailed since the drop off by the staff to mention about a delay in the payment.

I visit this shop every time I'm in town. Staff are great, friendly and really helpful. When asked, even gave recommendations on games worth getting. Nothing is too much trouble and they are a credit to shopping. Great, honest work.

I traded in a lot of stuff on the 18/08/24 and just wanted to say that the two guys working were extremely helpful and patient and got the console tested in a reasonable amount of time considering that the the store was very busy that day. Well done Boscombe ?
