The staff are very friendly and a lot nicer than in other local stores. They are always courteous to me and I don't feel ripped off as I did in a similar company in Winton. I can't recommend enough.

Sold me a fake counterfeit product. A 1 minute test would reveal that the product is not a genuine product.
EDIT: Refunded after I returned the product to them, they tested it as I advised and found it was a fake.

I went there to sell some of my games and they gave me a voucher and then told me I could only buy there . Then, I ask them to changed it to cash and they told me they couldn?t do anything

A nice electronics store with an interesting and changing selection of things from cameras, to game consoles and computer parts. Easy to sell to, with alright selling prices

Cheaters. Do not buy phone there.
Thanks for response Roshan, however my experience was bad and I was cheated. I asked for Iphone 8 I got Iphone SE with battery that doesn't even last for a day on standby.
I will never use your services again and I encourage other people to think twice before chosing this shop. In Bournemouth there are many others places where customers can find a phone. I regret that I have chosen this place. I will never repeat that mistake. I am warning people, to save them stressful times and negative emotions.
I was incompetent and I trusted the customer service assistant. Your company took advantage of my lack of research and knowledge about Apple phones, therefore I feel cheated and lost trust in your business. Unreliable, I will never trust you again.
Maybe they cheated me unintentionally therefore it means people working there are not familiar with Apple cell phones, therefore incompetent to work in place with such technology. It could be lack of training, therefore incompetent business managment or franchise rules. Anyway I lost enough time editing this comment, it will show people that I am telling a truth about my experience. How naive I was to trust a people working there, naive like a kid.
There are couple other examples however I have no time and will to write about all of them.
First statement is clear enough to make people think twice before chosing your services.

Bought a mobile phone from them recently later i discovered that the battery is not good, took it back to the store they refused to give me a refund and they said it works well, staff weren't nice at all l made an official complain to the company but no help at all they stick to each other so what i did is i put the phone in the bin and i am not buying from this company anymore .

Went in this afternoon to pick up some games, which was fine but the guy who served me came across a bit rude. When he had finished serving me he just put my stuff on the side so I asked for a bag. Sale finished and he looked down writing something. I packed my bag and said ?Thank you, bye? with a smile. He didn?t even flinch or look up. I was so embarrassed as the guy behind me heard and saw and I had to walk off after being completely ignored. Polite customer service or even just a smile goes a long way. Especially as I was polite, smiled and had manners. I get that people can have a bad day but the people you are serving could also be having a bad day. Just smile & look like yoj want to actually be there.
