Would not recommend. If you're going to charge someone the full amount when they tried calling to reschedule because car broke down. Then you should provide a free service when you also cancel the appointment. It's a two way street.Service: Eyebrow shaping

I highly recommend this salon it's such a good location and has a really nice feel and decorated beautifully. Callie and all the staff who work there are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. I booked a back treatment/massage after seeing it advertised on social media I also saw great reviews and decided to book for my eyebrows and lashes too. I had booked the massage first and then the other treatments, they were moved around so that the relaxing massive was last which I thought was a really nice touch. So professional and attentive especially when it came to my eyebrows as I had a bad experience previously at another salon. The massage was out of this world and I am so pleased with my eyebrows and lashes. I would thoroughly recommend Callie and her team.
