i had a terrible experience at the Old Christchurch Road store in Bournemouth.
the woman that served me pulled the tray /away from me/ (i don?t like drink or food to be placed next to other customer?s standing at the bar ? some of whom scratch their heads, ears, noses etc. right over the item that you have just purchased.)
many of the workers here have no understanding of people that (perhaps) are not like themselves.

The two ladies in here are lovely?. Very friendly and extremely efficient. The atmosphere is relaxing. We had given this location a miss for a couple of years due to its decline, but now with the ladies front of house, everything has changed, they have made a massive difference, thank you.

Good coffee. I like that soya milk is "on us" and not an extra cost.
Cafes all very similar wherever you may visit. Mix of easy chairs and dining chairs.
Staff nice, however busy.
Eating choices limited, especially if not an omnivore or have allergies.

Kindness sometimes comes with crash, clang bang
Went to Cafe Nero for a drink and a natter with Jake whereby I was served by someone called Rebecca who couldn?t be more attentive if she tried. She was also kind enough to give some cream for both my dogs Billy and Pape.
As I was taking said tray upstairs to where the troops were sitting the tray became unbalanced and the two drinks spilled everywhere ending up in a diabolical mess. What the staff didn?t know is that my hands are very arthritic compounded by carpal tunnel syndrome so causing the incident and Jake who is sight impaired (registered blind) which is compounded by other disabilities could do little to assist.
Instantly the staff member Rebecca told me not to worry and she would come and tidy up my mess but what I hadn?t realised was that she?d already begun making more drinks to replace the ones I?d spilt. Rebecca then again insisted on cleaning up my mess once she?d delivered our drinks and the dogs cream.
Once all was cleaned Rebecca then came to see if all was well with us.
Extraordinary conduct certainly deserves the same amount of praise

When ordering a coffee, the barista told me I was dressed inappropriately and that I needed to wear a longer top to be served there. She told me she?d ?let me off this time? as the barista behind her started laughing. Never had a barista tell me what I can and can?t wear in a cafe but it was shocking. Made me feel horrible and ruined the experience. Will not be coming back.
