Noushin and her dental nurses are the best! Noushin is reliably a kind and gentle dentist. Last week she transformed my smile by saving and really improving the appearance of a key tooth. Noushin is half dentist, half artist and she really listens to patients and values their input into their dental care. I'm so grateful, thank you!

The 2 lady dentists i have seen and the dental nurses were so freindly, calm and caring with me. I am a nervous person and suffer with several health issues.
I had an abcess after my filling came out and was put in a temp filling and given antibiotics, and on my 1st visit to my dentist she was freindly, explainatory and lovely.
The staff are also freindly and try to accomadate appointments around your days and times.

Amazing at what they do. As an anxious patient I dread going to the dentist, but Oliver puts you at ease, explains exactly what he will be doing and is very professional. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Best experience at a dentist ever with Maryam IIkhani . I?m extremely nervous and Maryam and her dental assistant were so lovely, kind and caring and went out of their way to fit me in and make me feel comfortable.I cannot praise these ladies enough ! Thankyou so much

Treatment first class can?t fault, excellent service and very efficient. I had painless teeth extraction and a complete set of dentures.

Would like to remind those of whome cannot make an appointment at present that under their contract with the NHS they have a duty of care to their NHS patients to provide emergency care and treatment! Also they should not resume advertising as NHS DENTIST if this is not the case! This issue needs to be resolved and immediately ! Instead of conning people into paying private prices don?t fall for it!

Had an appointment booked which was subsequently cancelled. Called to make a dental appointment and was told "my dentist had left and I could have an appointment as a private patient". I presume you've still got dentists there unless you've pulled the shutters down and called it a day. But I can't see them as an NHS patient but they'll see me for an extra £20? Laughable.Receptionist wants to sell you BUPA plan, no thanks. Shame, been coming for 10 years since it was Smile Dental.

Second time after having a tooth pulled by Oliver I had to remove the remaining shard of tooth from my gum... Second time an infection after tooth removal. Air managed to travel between hole in gum (upper) and my nasal cavity. 10 days later I can still taste infection.I thought bupa had a good reputation but I was wrong. I rang them and told them that was the last time I go there... Avoid at all costs. I will go private elsewhere.

I had a NHS check up booked only for it to be cancelled, with no alternative date offered. They continually send emails offering me private care. So it's not a shortage of dentists in the practice. They just won't admit that they don't want NHS patients anymore no matter how long they have been loyal to this practice. Shame on them! Profits before patients!

I have 2 small children, I got a letter asking me to book their appointments. I phoned up only to be told they don't have a NHS dentist anymore and don't know when they will get one. My kids have been registered there for years and now they are telling me to go elsewhere. It says in their letter heading '' At Bupa Dental care we are committed to helping you look after your child's smile'' No they are not. shocking by Bupa

Excellent. Came for my appointment, and the dentist was running to time. The place is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager is lovely.
