First time they charge me for a diesel even if the digger tank was full by collecting ( first issue and I don?t pay attention) next time when I want to hire a digger and truck , they charge me and said that the transaction was declined but the second one come through, but a two deposits was deducted from my account , took ages and a lot phone calls to ask for refund , ( have to sorted with my bank )so my bank refund me the first transaction ,than some clever guy there cancelled my order. What I haven?t been asking for ,,, really clever people working there , highly recommended ?????????

Used these guys a few times. Always good until the last time. Hired a chopsaw, it arrived late, had no blade, and was broken/not serviced, so unusable. Did get a refund. They did try to help but overall I wasn't able to do the job and still had to pay subbies, and lost a day's wages in the process. They didn't want to know my story and just said sorry. They didn't seem to appreciate their part in my loss of a day's work and would accept liability. All in all, they are a good firm, but be aware!

I was planning on hiring a jetwash from Jewsons, but they didn't have one available on the day, so they recommended Brandon Hire. I'm glad they did as the service has been brilliant. I dealt with Darren, who was extremely helpful and friendly. I was intending to collect it, but when I arrived, it turned out that the generator was extremely heavy to lift into the boot of my car, so Darren offered for one of their drivers to deliver. On delivery, the machine was set up ready for use. They also then collected it. Good clean equipment, which I was sure to have returned in the same condition! Good value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending the Winton branch. Thanks, guys!

Very rude staff and set prices as they feel . Last time was 30 then 36. Seem to charge you twice vat. Very dishonest staff. Today they tryed to charge me £45 plus vat for one day ladder. Rip off and unjustified. I rang hss hire so help full £15 one day ladder . Must be stupid to use these rip offs.

Fantastic service from Matthew and Mikey - really can't fault them. I've used this centre in the past and happily recommend them to friends. Had a rotorvator from them last weekend (clean and in great condition) and they've sorted out a load of planks for me for the big turf lay! The equipment is always in great condition and pricing is fair. Thank you chaps

Always very helpful and have saved my bacon many times when I need a piece of equipment at late notice. Mike and Matt will go out of their way to get it for me and if they haven?t got it at their branch they will find it at another store and get it to me asap. Great guys and I am forever a loyal customer!
