From the consultation. Being so informative and careful to the actual process this salon has been the best experience I have ever had with any hairdressers!! Anna who completely changed my hair was talking me through steps when I asked, was so polite, kind and reassuring. Never loved a result like this, overall amazing!!! ????

I had an amazing hair appointment today with Patrycja. She really took time to figure out what I would like and did a really thorough job. She said she likes things perfect and I would absolutely agree! ?Patrycja and all the team are so friendly and create a nice atmosphere in the salon -they really care about their clients.Booking was so easy through WhatsApp and really pleased that I was squeezed in for a pre Christmas appointment.Thank you so much xx

My favourite hairdressers of all time. Everyone is so polite, offering teas and coffees and always keeping u aware with what they are doing with your hair. I wouldn?t go anywhere else. It is priced amazingly to the service you are getting, and u r well looked after. This place is not overpriced at all. I wouldn?t go anywhere else. Jamie does my hair, and everytime I leave I am always beyond happy with how my hair looks, it always looks incredible. Jamie is the best hairdresser I?ve ever had, she always looks after me and she does my hair perfectly even when I don?t know what I want to do, she?s made my hair look so good. She?s very polite, like all the staff in this hairdressers. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They are always honest with whether you can achieve the result you want with your hair and give u the realistic expectations unlike other places who won?t tell you. This review is not for studio but for one of the hairdresser that rent a space there (Zara) however I wanted to share my experience in case she will have only available appointments from all stylists there. I had a disappointing experience with this hairdresser. Unfortunately, she seemed unwilling to acknowledge my dissatisfaction and did not offer to rectify the situation. I ended up spending an additional 9 hours and £200 at another salon to correct the hair, which was deemed one of the most challenging corrections the new stylist had ever encountered. I left looking like a clown and felt the lack of customer care was disappointing. In addition I attempted to contact the stylist as advised by the salon, only to be met with an accusation of harassment. My request for assistance in fixing my hair was met with hostility. If you're looking for old-school 90s highlights with three different colors, this stylist might be the right choice, but for a more contemporary and professional result, I'd recommend seeking services elsewhere. So upset and let down by the service here. For over £200, after getting the colour completely wrong from what I asked for, you would think they would either refund or offer to help correct. I was advised I?d have to pay for additional service such as a £50 blow dry to have my roots corrected. On top of this, knowing they had a free space to help assist me in the morning and my extensions are due to be fitted on Monday they said they can?t help until Tuesday. I have had to go elsewhere and spend a further £120 at a hairdresser med who could not believe the state of my hair, and agreed a refund was the least that should be due. I got told it?s my fault for not saying I didn?t like the colour when sat in the chair, my mistake for being polite and not saying it infront of Jamie?s next client. DO NOT PAY FOR OVERPRICED AND RUDE SERVICE! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT AND THEN WILL BE TOLD OFF FOR WVEN QUESTIONING THERE WRONG SOING AND OFFERED NO SOULTION. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
