I had an extremely disappointing experience at this car wash, and I wouldn't even give it a single star. Instead of leaving my car clean and presentable, they managed to make it worse. Not only did they neglect to clean the carpets in the boot, but they also left my vehicle covered in dust, making it even dirtier than before.When I approached the staff to address the issue and requested that they at least vacuum the sand from the carpets, I was met with unprofessional behavior from one of the older employees. To my disbelief, the staff member started swearing at me, displaying a complete lack of respect and customer service skills.This car wash has not only failed to deliver on their basic promise of providing a clean car but also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you expect quality service and a respectful treatment.

New management, best serviceVery fast and 100% clean car. Very good price and good to be in the town centre. I don't need to pay carpark fee. I left my car there and picked it up late afternoon to do my shopping as well.The best.

Worst car wash in Bournemouth. £20 is waste of money Car left all dirty inside and owner said because of 2 bags on the back he was unable to clean the car Door and under seat they don't know even the words. Don't waste your money on this place. He told me to clean under seats and baggage areas I should have payed £40 instead. It means they are lazy people working there. Rude people as well. Avoid this place.

Unfortunately this company has now lost 2 regular customers because they stole from inside the car. they only stole money and when we politely tried to complain about the theft and said we would like our full money back due to the principle, all of the workers crowded round us - VERY INTIMIDATING - and then one of them proceeded to shout it is only 2 quid and threw 2 pound at us - we explained it is not because it is only 2 pound it is because of the principle of someone physically stealing out of the car! Such a shame as never had a problem before. very nasty experience!!!I couldn't post this without putting at least one star but because of this disgusting and frightening experience i would give NONE!!!!
