Boots opened on time, most people in queue were collecting prescriptions. Not too long waiting but need a seperate queue for people who are just collecting prepared prescriptions as people handing in prescriptions delay the process.

Today we were served by Alex the store manager she was so helpful charming and polite a credit to your store she referred us to Norman the locum pharmacist who was equally charming friendly and efficient treated my little grandson with such care an attention so grateful both superstars boots should be proud to have these two lovely people working for them

This Pharmacy is always busy with a long wait for prescriptions. The queue was at least 10 people and took at least 30 minutes to be dealt with. There are not enough staff for how busy the Pharmacy is. However, when served the staff were pleasant and polite.

I don?t understand Boots in Southbourne. Every time I visit, there?s always a long queue, and it?s never because of the number of customers, it's because the staff are incredibly slow. It?s frustrating to wait so long for basic service. Definitely not worth the wait or the hassle. Would not recommend. Get your prescription sent somewhere else.

I?ve got to say after my visit this morning, I?m pretty disappointment and the level of service that I received. I had come in to get some advice from the pharmacist regarding a gash on my hand, and wanted to see if there was anything specific I could be cleaning it with or treating it with, as well as getting some dressing.. I was informed quite politely by one of the members of staff to take a seat and that the pharmacist would be with me in about five or 10 minutes after he had tended to the queueing prescriptions. . The queue had dissipated, with a few more people coming in, yet I was left for 25 minutes, and walked past and looked at several times. With nothing being said. I didn?t have time to wait any longer, and ended up going to the Tucton pharmacy who dealt with me straight away despite having a queue of people also looking to get prescriptions. If you can clearly see someone waiting for nearly half an hour, why on earth would you not acknowledge them? Disappointing to say the least!

Always remember this is a Boots pharmacy and not a Boots store.....so you may not always get the same deals as the stores... And another one to remember lunch is 1pm to 2pm if your trying to collect your prescription(s)
However saying that, the store is always busy yet clean. The staff are always helpful and polite. They will help and direct you to the best of the knowledge....They are also honest!! Now this is a boggy (I'd rather have honesty then wait for hours) IF they have a backlog and need 25 mins to prep your medication they will tell you rather than false hope and walking up and waiting nearly an hour like some other pharmacies I have encountered.
Never had an issue and even if they can't find my prescription they either somehow do... Or advise me in the best way in order to resolve the issue(s) if any.
Lovely shop, lovely staff and easy to sort out everything. Much better experience than my last two pharmacies

This is a small boots so have a limited range of stock - just the basics for locals really. There is a pharmacy which is generally very busy. Although the staff are friendly and helpful.

This place is in serious need of a refurbishment, inside and out. It's got to be the saddest looking Boots in the UK. Staff are very helpful.
