We went to boots Castle point to buy some collagen and skin products. A very pleasant lady welcomed us,and asked ,if she could help us, her name is Ilham Shebani, she helped us to choose a very good collection of skin care products and some collagen based vitamins.She has amazing knowledge about the products. We will definitely visit again. Thanks.

Took my son to the Pharmacist on a Sunday as he has severe ear pain. They said not to worry as no sign of bacterial infection and gave him some ear drops. Was up all night with pain, took him to GP, bacterial infection, prescribed antibiotics. Don't bother with the Pharmacist.

Served by Meg (think that?s her name) from Mac when I was trying to get a shade match, very knowledgeable and friendly and even offered me a small tub of foundation to bring home to make sure I get the shade that I like. Definitely recommend

My husband went especially to Boots at Castlepoint to buy a Boots gift card this last Tuesday at 1.30. The assistant at the till told him that Boots no longer did them. She was abrupt and rude. Today he went to Boots at Ferndown. There was an array of cards and he was able to buy one very quickly. No problems. Could you please make sure all assistants are trained sufficiently in future.

Had a great experience with Lisa D from the MAC counter. I was greeted with a smile and she listened patiently whilst I explained what I was after. Her recommendations were great and she took her time to apply testers so I didn?t feel rushed. Lisa shared some great hints and tips which has helped my skin. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend!

12/05 Saturday at 16:45 the body odour that the member of staff had it was unbearable, simple hygiene should be part of the uniform and something that should be addressed by the shift manager.

Please management put more than one person on the self-serve, till and click&collect. Very distressing for the one staff member and customers. Please public don't blame the staff it's the management's job to ensure there is cover.

I?m tired of being upsold utter rubbish or misled on what I?m being persuaded to buy so the staff get their commission and hit their figures. I was persuaded to buy an over glorified make up set by playing into the fear of it selling out which was nowhere near worth the money I was being asked because it was *discounted*. It was nothing special , just a tin filled with lots of tissue paper and three mini items and a large mascara when I opened it later but was told it was a great deal for the price. Not the way to upsell. I was also at a later time sold a larger sized bottle of perfume by Dior that was the wrong formulation because they said it was on offer. I went in asking for EDP came out with EDT. Therefore she upsold me a product I never originally wanted and knew it, she lied by omission. This is inappropriate and poor form. Stop doing this to your customers, it?s no way to treat them, only breeds mistrust.

The most bored, grumpy, eye avoidable, unhappy people I have ever come across at the prescription point. If your unhappy with your job, leave. I can see it a mile away. Why waste your life in a job you hate.

This review is in regards to the pharmacy department.
Lady in pharmacy was most miserable person in the world, clearly didn't want to work there and didn't care about customer service, after she rudely went off to the back to see if they had space she came back in a huff saying there was no space, despite me calling up 40 minutes before and being told they could take it.
The manager who came over to
take over at least seemed to care about his job, but never the less they shouldn't promise something on the phone and then say
otherwise in store after we travel

Not a bad queue, however pharmacy collection queues are endless! Was forced to wait 45 minutes just to collect one item.
And today the assistant manager named Kat, strictly told me that online order for vitamin item cannot be returned for full refund and that her ?words are final?! Then in my frustration for an online boots order, I rung customer care to speak to a manager! He informed that with all online orders items can be returned within 35 days!! This assistant manager doesn?t have a clue at what?s going on! She should get the firing! Unacceptable customer service by all means!
Due to the appalling ?Kat?, assistant manager?s way of handling my simple return she made it into a faff hence I?m lowering my review to a single star!

Objectified by staff members stalked by security bad phycology all round I will never go in there stores again made to feel very unwelcome which is a shame cause I like their products I?ve noticed similar reviews here I really sympathise. Bad shopping experience never again.
