a few weeks a go, i was waiting in the que to be served, i have noticed an IC5 (Chinese) female member of staff at the pharmacy who was being very rude to a customer, i have interfered by asking her to stop being rude to the customer and speak nicely to him, the poor customer and i were shocked by her rude and abrupt answers to him, i asked her for her name but she refused and i left because i was so upset by the incident and her rudeness, i am a person with ASD & ADHD and her behaviour did really shock and upset me to no end so i left the pharmacy without getting what i wanted, there was other two customers who were waiting to be served.

A couple years ago I rated this branch of boots 3 stars and they?re now getting downgraded to 2. The selection of products is dire - I don?t know how they?re still open. Their pharmacists, more often than not, have been less helpful than a Google search and they are poorly laid out and poorly organised.I?m sorry to say that if you need to go to boots you should get on the bus at winton and go to town or castlepoint.

Pop in for prescription from my GP, staff is friendly and helpful. Really good experience there and they have plenty of good supplements for pregnancy, before and after pregnancy. I burnt my arm little bit, a member of staff help me to find a cream to apply on my srm, it was very good.

Ordered an item online. It was a Christmas present for my mum. Was assured it would be here by 21st December. Over 2 weeks later dated 3rd January still no delivery. Yet the money was taken from my bank account weeks before Christmas.When tracking the order and entering order number online, the virtual assistant informs me they cannot locate of track my order so to call customer services.I have now called customer services on more than 3 occasions to not even get to speak to anyone. I think on one occasion I was waiting for over 20 minutes. Gave me an automated service and took me right back to the start.I have attended store who firstly advised to come back in a few days which I did. Then upon the second visit the shop was closed due to unforeseen circumstances.I will not be ordering from Boots again and I will not be recommending anyone else to order from Boots.All I wanted was some fragranced body wash for my mum for Christmas and yet still do not have it, Boots cannot locate it and it has been a nightmare trying to get a refund.In future I will be using the Fragrance store, Superdrug or any other health and fragrance store as long as it is not Boots and I would highly recommend anyone else to do the same to refrain poor customer services, disappointment and to ensure you actual receive your products.

Unhelpful,unwelcoming,uninterested in their customers. That was how I felt after I left this establishment. I'd gone in there looking for an item that had been advertised on TV. I went over to a couple of shop assistants who were talking to each other,which was fine,and asked if they had this item. There was no helpful smile or hello,or even a good morning. I was made to feel like I had interrupted a world important conversation. After looking,and ascertaining that it wasn't in stock,it would have been nice if they could have told me which of their stores did,but alas the assistant was too kean to get back to their conversation,so I was left to wander out again. One of the ways to stop this,is to offer their staff,commission for sales after paying minimum wage.Isn't it about time these big store owners trained their staff properly,by offering people a smile and hello,when they enter,or are in their stores. To be helpful and go the extra couple of metres in being helpful. A few years ago shop workers were considered white collar workers,and it was considered to be a real job to have. You would have more than a few hours training,in fact you were considered a junior shop assistant for at least 2 years training before they let you lose on the shop floor by yourself.Boots pull your socks up,or you will find the only time of year people will shop with you,will be at Christmas.

The store in itself is not bad, my main issue is some of the pharmacy staff. I have a condition where I'm in constant pain and my medication helps relieve most of it. My GP sent my prescription through a week before I needed it and yet I wad told that they didn't have it in stock or they had only ordered that morning I went to pick it up. But the lady that runs this store is the most friendly person you'll meet though so make sure your nice to her.

I've always loved shopping at Boots, I've always found that they have what I'm looking for, and the Assistants are always polite and friendly and helpful.

Should remember that not everyone is picking up ?antibiotics? my partner came to pick up important MENTAL HEALTH MEDICINE and was turned away due to 'closing soon' i am disgusted with this and my partner is now without his medication and at risk!

I went to collect my internet orders. It was shut at 11:00 am and went back at 12:15, it was shut. But on the opening hours sign, it should be open.So disappinting?

Fed up with finding the place closed when I go to get a prescription. They are rude towards people.

I wouldn?t even give this place one star, useless. Get told to pick up important prescriptions and this time go there for it not to be there? They send me home, call me later on with a new date and time, the stores closed.. of course it is! Then get sent to Bournemouth hospital. The same has happened again shock and I?m never going back there. They?re only in it for the profit they have with the nhs. Tried to call and it rang until they hung up on me, with one more further try to get though it wouldn?t even go though! They disabled the phone.
