Lovely staff, both Vanessa and Rachel were extremely helpful showing me where things were and even going out of their way to grab a different product for me with a smile on their faces. Nothing but kind and helpful, customer service on point! Very happy and helpful ladies.

It is surprising that this company does not do anything to improve the quality of service from their personnel. Nobody at the pharmacy in queue however waited over 10 minutes standing by the counter and nobody helping even when they look at you standing there. The attitude is usually annoyed as if you are a bother. Really uncomfortable and no improvements just going worse and worse. Rarely have all the medications... Very bad altogether

Unfortunately, this Boots Pharmacy is abysmal. I went in to get an emergency prescription from 111, the first lady helped me with no problems as the referral hadn't gone through at that time, but the second lady was so pig ignorant, I asked her for help, looking right at her, and she looked straight through me and turned away.
They said they had none of the medicine in stock and palmed me off on Superdrug. (I'm glad I did because they were amazingly helpful.)
The store itself is pretty grubby and run down, I wouldn't be surprised if this store is shut down sooner rather than later. We have a fantastic pharmacy in Superdrug; we don't need a second, sub-par one in Boots.

Was referred here by the gp for my daughter (suspected ear infection) she?s 5?.. pharmacist told me she had a blocked ear with ear wax?. So I got stuff for that, he told me ?come back if she gets a temperature? so I did because she did get a temperature, he then told me he couldn?t help a she couldn?t see the ear. I got an appointment with my GP and she (the PA) told me my daughter has No wax in her ear whatsoever and the ear looks very agitated red and infected. Instant prescription of antibiotics.. please if you have a child do not trust this advice from this gentleman as it was completely wrong. I?ve been advised by the GP to write a complaint and they will also do the same. My daughter is prone to convulsions if she has a temperature?,, the GP couldn?t understand why the pharmacist said all those things to me, first at 9:20am then back at 3pm to tell him she had a temperature ;for him to tell me he can?t prescribe anything and can?t see her ear drum. Literally 2 hours later and no wax coming out of her ear I?m told her ear is fully clear and 100% obviously infected. Please trust your gut

Awful, awful customer service. Never in a Boots store, have I experienced such an indifferent, unhelpful member of staff. I felt offended and left without purchasing anything. I will be using Superdrug as my go to shop in the future.

I had some unwanted meds to return. I asked a lady putting stock out and was told to get in a long line and speak to pharmacist, no effort to help and not the first time staff have been unhelpful. I went across to Superdrug!
The store is run down, rarely opens when its supposed to, not a good reflection on the Boots brand.

Very unhelpful lady on the till...she forgot to scan my boots card and when I asked her to scan, she goes it's done! Also would not accept the discount coupons i had. Acts like she is paying for the discount.. employ better staff...

Says they open at 9am but almost 9:10 and still stood outside because they?re ?waiting for the pharmacist? extremely unprofessional, awful customer service. Staff were just talking and laughing inside the shop with the doors still locked. Go to Superdrug instead

Absolutely not impressed with this place all barricaded up and a person on the door letting you in what's that all about. Hardly anything on the shelves felt very unwelcoming won't be coming back. This store will be shut down soon.

Had to collect an online order today.
Not happy about not being told they are closed between 2-3pm.
They eventually opened at 3.06pm.
Told to queue at the pharmacy even though email said collection point was at the back of the shop, we stated that we did not want anything from the pharmacy but was still told we had to wait there.
Got to the front of the queue to be then told in the wrong place and needed to go to the back of the shop.
Very rude and abrupt staff will not be using this store again.
