Incorrect opening times. Got there at 17:45 and the doors are blocked. Shouldn't be advertised as opening until 18:00.

Found a keenly-priced eye pencil sharpener which is what I'd gone in for. My shopping experience took a turn for the worse however at the self-checkout where I had to ask an unkempt shop assistant to help me with my transaction. I would suggest his manager should be directing him to the shampoo, shower gel and antiperspirant aisles. Most unpleasant.

I was very sick and needed something for a cold, when I went to pay the people there started asking me about my nationality and didn't let me pay or buy, when there was no apparent reason to do that or judge me.

Just wanted to send a thanks to your helpful pharmacist at Bournemouth square, working this morning. He was easy to approach, ask questions and gave useful advice. Don't know his name, but please thank him.

The 2x females that were working in the Perfume section morning 6/06/25 not very helpful at all. Focusing on their own tasks rather than helping us choose a few bottles each. We were ready to spend £1k+ Boots lost money there! Get more staff or re-train on being helpful/customer service.
Recommended to go oppoiste to The Fragance shop where we spent our money. They even gave us an extra discount on top of discounted bottles for spending so much. Friendly staff, helpful, keen to look after us + got some freebies chucked in also for our large purchases.

I am complaining about the revolting advert on itv for deodorant. This advert has reached an all time low for vulgarity. I will be not be buying from Boots until it is removed

Visited the pharmacy on Fri morn dealt with an extremely unhelpful rude young man . I asked to talk to the pharmacist, he went over and discussed my issue with her and she never even bothered to come to see me and passed the info to this rude young man I?m totally shocked how boots employ this sort of person , I was then asked personal questions if my partner had caused my condition, which was not the case as it was caused my a medication I was taking if my partner was there she would have been deeply insulted, at my age of 63 I?ve never been treated so disrespectfully

Pharmacist rude all staff rude discussing your private personal details in front of the massive queue they always have
Then they didn?t prescribe me correctly so I?ve lost medication that is legally prescribed to me so have they stolen it ? I had to go back three times and it?s painful for me to walk this far
Even after the doctors confirmed there times that it was the boots staff who have made a mistake they still wouldn?t help and were blatantly rude and unprofessional but I?m not shocked as this is regular for boots pharmacists especially in this store
I?m now left to walk home in pain as they can?t do their job properly
Avoid boots at all costs especially this store

I used to like shopping at this Boots but today I found I could not pay cash at the (empty) automated tills and when I found the one till that took cash, there was a queue. So I'm not the only customer who wants to pay cash to a real person. The result was, I crossed the road to Superdrug, and will do in future. Shame on you Boots.

This relates to COVID vaccination service, APPALLING! 45 minutes delay for a five minute appointment, appalling organisation, lengthy chats to patients and requesting confidential medical info in non secure environment, back to my independent pharmacy next year!

They charge 32 pounds for a pair of nicorette quickmist, which retails at £22 on the internet because they know the customer is a nicotine addict and they want to take full advantage of that. They are proper DRUG DEALERS!

As a regular customer of Boots Pharmacy, I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The lift was out of order, making it impossible for anyone with a stroller, wheelchair, or mobility issues to access the second floor. Incredibly, all of the baby clothes, milk, and essential items are located upstairs. This is not only inconvenient but also inconsiderate to parents and those with disabilities. It?s frustrating to see such a lack of accessibility in a store that I frequent often. I hope Boots will address this issue promptly and ensure that their store is accessible to everyone.

I set the alarms off the other day because i bought some condoms that had a security tag on that i wasn't aware of. Can you actually buy some condoms nowadays without alerting anyone?? Come on, I'm just trying not to bring any kids into this economy.
