Went for my first eye test. Staff were friendly and explained each step as we were going through. Very efficient in carry out the eye test and the helping me pick the glasses. It was a good experience.

From the moment I entered, the store began pushing upsells. I felt I could not trust the advice given as the profit motive was so evident that I couldn?t be certain what was really meeting my needs vs providing an extra profit boost.

Boots Opticians in Winton are the best, they always do a through eye test, and good feedback on the results. They help my when I need to chose a new pair of glasses, which I appreciate. Just lovely staff, I have been going to the branch for a long time, I could find someone nearer, but it's worth going to Winton. Many thanks Alison

Caring , patient , seemingly knowledgeable & Simon the opthamologist was very understanding as husband has huge communication issues ( Aphasia due to bleed on the brain ) was very good with him explaining etc

My wife had an opticians appointment on Tuesday 23 January 2024. Shauna the optometrist found my wife had cataracts and maybe a retina problem and an appointment has now on the Wednesday 24th (one day later) been made with SpaMedica eye hospital for Monday 29th January 2024. Great team and thank you Shawna. All of you were so kind and caring. Again thank you.

All staff were very friendly, professional and concerned with making you feel calm and as comfortable as possible. Everything and all options were clearly explained throughout the scan and eye test.
