Go and look in store, but if you find anything you like, order it on Bensons website, not from this store. We ordered some furniture on an 8 week delivery time. We tried to cancel after 48 hours due to an issue with it fitting (builder had to move a radiator). Customer Service were really helpful but said they couldn't waive a 20% fee for cancelling but the store manager could. The store manager refused without giving any reason other than "he could". If you order it online you get 14 days to cancel. Their customer service team will be able to do more for you if you order online as well.

Purchased full divan set with mattress. After less than 20 months the mattress springs have failed on one side. Despite sending 5 emails and spending over 3 hours waiting on their customer service line, nobody answered. No replies from email. Spoke direct to Poole Dorset branch who were no help whatsoever. They just advised to email customer services. We are still paying monthly for a product that has now failed and Benson for Bed WILL DO NOTHING to help us. This company is SHAMBOLIC. Never Again!!!

Quick in and out bought a mattress. Staff member grumpy I think he had a cold. Luckily won't have to go back for 7 years!!!!
