I was served by a young lady called Amelie in the Bournemouth store who was courteous and not ?pushy? in any way. She answered my many questions and was patient while I tried the beds. I am happy with my final purchase.

12/20 we ordered a new mattress, the first time we slept on it we could feel the base of the bed through it but was told to wait the trial period before being able to exchange. We then went into lockdown, and had to wait several months. BforB said they would call when the shop reopened.....they didn't. 4/21 in exchange for the mattress, we purchased a whole new bed.
9/24 I contacted customer services regarding our mattress as the springs had separated and as its under guarantee but no longer in distribution, we were advised to find a new mattress.
We visited BforB, we approached staff and explained conversation with customer services, they responded OK!!! There was no interest in helping us to find an alternative. We eventually settled on a new mattress, but staff were unable to process it, the manager was off duty, we were assured he would call us to complete transaction. 2 days later, I called him. I explained all of the above, his response felt very insincere. He advised delivery would be 21/10/24. I requested a refund and was directed to customer services, it was refused and was advised the manager would call me the following morning. 48 hrs later, I called the manager to complete transaction. Delivery date is now 29/10
