The staff are consistently compassionate and approachable. While there may be occasional delays in securing appointments, I haven't encountered an NHS service that operates differently in this regard.

Never had the same doctor and one time all he did was read from his computer ,probably just googled my symptoms never even looked up.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, if you can get to see a clinician they are fantastic and are as helpful as they can be .The problem with this practice is the reception, it lacks empathy and understanding and a smile! It can go a long way! The receptionist particularly on the pm of 8th November 2023 had no time for registered patients of this practice quite happily fobbing us off to 111 because she couldn't be bothered to advise or answer any questions, and because I refused to go and ring 111 the receptionist decided to make false allegations against me to the practice manager. I have since recieved a very rude letter from the practice manager, who thinks it is ok to get personal about my job, it was not appreciated!I did try and leave feedback on the day but as usual there electronic feedback form was down or was purposely made unavailable to me and has been everyday since.Sadly the admin team ruin this practice.

My local Doctor's surgery. They are professional and very good at what they do. The administrative staff are a cheery happy bunch.

Refuse to see vulnerable patients.Refer them to 111 and walk in centres, if you don't want to see patients shut the surgery!

I've been going to this medical centre for quite a while only had one Dr that was nice she show compassionate and understanding unfortunately she retired I went to see other doctors but unfortunately they let me down I was hoping better from them considering all the problems I have to be fair I decided to change surgeries not the same no more??

Doctors are great, but nightmare to get seen. I'm fine with even just a phone appointment, but this is still very hard. You can never any appointments available online via the NHS app or systmonline, and it seems the best way to get seen is to do the online question form, which is only available limited hours of the day - when I did this, I heard back 2-3 weeks later.When I have spoken to the doctors, they are excellent and helpful, but overall my experience here has been disappointing.

If I could give it 0 I would. Have been with them 10 years they don't even have my paper notes, nothing short of hell I'm stuck with full time carers because of their relentless neglect. 6 avoidable operation in 6 months.Years 0-30 of my notes that scanned missing half every page making them unreadable. Said I've had my apendix out with I certainly haven't, total neglect. have had to call safeguarding on them today absolutely appalling sugery they should be struck off not fit for purpose. Ombudsman involved, police, 111 absolutely avoid like the plage

All my life I have been lucky to have wonderful Drs but I was starting to lose faith in Dr's after some recent experiences, where I didn't feel listened to.Today I was lucky to meet Dr Bostock. I left with my faith in the medical profession restored.She was friendly, courteous, professional and thorough and I cannot thank her enough.

I appreciate the receptionist needs to triage patients in order to prioritize appointments how ever this no way makes them a qualified medical professional.If your lucky to get past reception, you end up with a phone consult with no booked in time to ensure you are available at this time. Which is of no help if you work full time!When speaking to the Dr about your issue they inform you that you should of been booked face to face because a telephone call for the issue is not possible, then your expected to come down at a job of a hate with little movement.
