went in to see pharmacist about a rash around my eye on the skin and the girl on the desk didn?t even have the pharmacist look at it and told me to go next door to the optician?i?m sure they would?ve laughed if i went for a skin rash near the eye?all i needed was a cream not a sight test so would not recommend getting any advice from this pharmacy clearly have no idea how to do their job

This pharmacy is terrible with their phone.... if you lucky it will be randomly answered ...at it's best. I wasn't.I don't understand why there is a number to call when no one is actually answering it. I've been trying to call repeatedly (hourly)over the last two days to check if prescription has arrived and if items are available...no answer.I went to the pharmacy just to see that several members of staff are working behind the counter.However... few people queuing and being served... but when I tried to talk to staff I was told that they were closed for lunch. No sign for being closed, shop is open, shatters up...Online working hours 9am-8pm.Complete waste of timeVery frustrating....

Any of the medication is been sending for this pharmacy, they don't have nothing, it's really poor service, after 20 minutes wait in the for a service we hear " we don't have this medication" ....

My first time of using this pharmacy, but I have to say I found them quick and helpful. Within 25 mins of my prescription arriving from my doctors, I walked out with my medication. Both ladies who dealt with me were polite and friendly. I know all about bad service from pharmacies, that was the reason I changed. I have to say I am pleased I chose this one. Mr Phillip Southern.

I've got there at 5:20pm to be told by a security guy in a rude way that the pharmacy will be closed for a break and I need to be back at 6pm. Not the first time having a bad experience with this pharmacy so I won't be back. They have made waste my time enough.

I feel sorry for the staff as it?s always under resourced. I?ve seen so many different people come and go. One lady said she had been working in a McDonalds previously so I think it?s fair to say they find it hard to recruit. I live locally and don?t have a car so choice of pharmacies is very limited. Boots in the square is almost as bad with regards to wait times. Not looking forward to my next visit for a repeat prescription later in the week.

For the last 12 months I've noticed that they literally never pick up the phone and just disconnect the call after about 45 seconds. I mean I have been calling all day whilst at work to see if they have a medication in stock. I've called for hours at a time over and over previously on several occasions. When wanting to check if something like medication is in stock or if a prescription is ready, without having to make several wasted trips, telephone is literally the only option. Never used to have this issue 2 years ago, so initially I thought it perhaps was a one off due to being busy but have now realized that they either have disconnected the phone or just simply ignore it. Not one single time in the last 12 months have I managed to speak to someone on the phone. When they randomly close at all hours of the day and there's national medicine shortages,.it isn't a lot to ask for someone to answer the phone before everyone has to waste a journey going there and queing up to find out they don't have it in stock.

Unprofessional personnel! I have used their service for a year and is enough for me. On every single visit, they lost my medicines, they could not find my details and prescription. Jesus, please employ someone with better competencies!

Staff try their best, but it's clearly under-resourced, usually have to wait quite a while to get served. Processes seem very manual - rummaging through drawers of prescriptions to find mine. Situated in a busy part of the store, with lots of people constantly walking past, which makes it difficult to queue, you often have to stand outside, making way for people either side to pass. Hopefully they can improve, and relocate the site somewhere quieter, eg where the clothes are currently situated, not in the full thoroughfare. And add more staff so service is quicker.

Just bad? 2 times I?ve been there for the past 18 months, first time they did not have the medicine they had made me waiting for for 20 mins while they were looking for it.Second time, 5 people in front of me in the queue, 10 mins goes by then my turn, was told to wait 5-10 mins for the prescription being ready. Many people had come and gone when after an other 25 mins I went over to the counter and interrupted the 2 pharmacists who were talking about their private life, asking them where my meds were. I was asked what I was waiting for, when the lady who I initially talked to goes like: ?she is waiting for her prescription, it?s probably ready on the shelf?. Then the other pharmacist turns around and takes it off of the shelf? you cannot imagine how ignored I felt, I wouldn?t even treat my pets this way, not even talking about a human being. No apology, no goodbye?Well, it is a GOODBYE from me Asda Bournemouth!!!

This is THE WORST pharmacy ever.To collect prescription -3 visits3 times in the queue -all together nearly 2h.Horrible and slow service - people who's working there - they don't know what's going on ,also they been late from lunch break about over 10 minutes- wchich create massive queue.

Come to this pharmacy, where time moves so slowly, it actually goes backwards. Avoid, change your pharmacy, as I did in the queue, after waiting for about 30 minutes to pick something up
