I went there today to adjust two glasses I've bought before, the manager tooke me to the room back there because I'm Hijab "covering my head" without me asking for that, which is so nice of her. She was so nice and welcoming.

Visited today and all staff really friendly and helpful . Georgia was so kind and helped guide through process with ease and no hard sell pushing just gentle excellent sales skills which after being in sales for 40 years I recognise great qualities when see:) thanks Georgia ???Another visit this week 21/6/23 appt with Tina. Had fitting with glasses week before and after lots of code issues with specsavers:(; Tina managed to sort all and service brilliant so thank you Tina ????definitely my Opticians in future . Specsavers is now a thing of the past:)

This morning I went for my 9.30 am appointment for my glasses fitting and to pick them up. Olivia who has looked after me throughout said she would attend to me straight away even though I was 15 minutes early.From the moment a few weeks ago until getting my glasses the service has been efficient, friendly, Professional, courteous and easy.The gentleman who did my eye test was excellent and talked to me throughout the examination about my eyes and I found his manner superb.Saying thank you seems so little after they did so much.My two pairs of spectacles by the way fit perfectly and are wonderful. Ta.

The team here are just great Elaine who has served me well for a number of years does her upmost to ensure we all get the very best service, I had a contact lens and eye test yesterday and Mohammed the optician was a delight very professional and explained things as he went along with various steps of my eye condition in lay mans terms, so useful and on care for the future , even giving me a sample lens of the new prescription to try out before I ordered this was a first, thank you to the entire team and especially to Martin who always goes above and beyond customer service. Thank you ?

Cheap food, big selection always busy though. Customer service is hit and miss but mostly okay

Really bad infrastructure. Often problems trying to leave the car park. If you park underground you will meet your local beggars, drinkers and skaters. Other than that, it's a standard Asda.

Possibly the worst Asda I have ever had the displeasure of walking into... If you want car wash try the desert section or ibuprofen can be found in the fridges, It's as logical as a wind powered fan!
