Purgatory. Tried to return a 6 week old faulty Chromebook that wont turn on. Despite their own T\\u0026Cs allowing refunds for faulty tech, me demonstrating to the staff\\nthat it won't turn on, and pointing out the various provisions of the Sale of Goods Act that they are breaching, they absolutely refused to do anything except send it for repair, then abruptly change their mind after getting my details, and instead tell me to call Lenovo's technical support number even though I'd already done the tech support to try and fix it, and threw the problem at me (and Lenovo) even though my contract is with the RETAILER not the manufacturer. Unsurprisingly, having gone home and pointlessly called Lenovo, they told me they couldn't do anything as it was a hardware failure and to take it back to Argos. I did, to the Proper Argos store at Turbury Park, who exchanged it without a single quibble. Moral of the story - use a proper Argos not the joke in-store concessions.

This is now located in Sainsburys. Needed to exchange a faulty item. All done in less than 5 minutes, Rebecca was so good, polite and very efficient. Very impressive, Rebecca is a credit to the company.

It loses a star as I hate Argos stores being inside Supermarkets now but other then that what I needed was in stock and the staff member there Nicole was polite and very helpful especially as I had bought a curtain the wrong size my mistake on measurements and I'd ripped the bag it came in and to return the bag has to be resealable but she managed to fit it in to a new resealable bag and I exchanged for the next size up so I could have been stuck up paying yet again for the curtain but she went out of her way to help very good customer service.

Ordered a fridge freezer and a washer dryer machine and for them to throw away the old ones. Women from argos rang me saying what days there gonna be delivered but ended up getting the dates the other way round so I defrosted my fridge freezer for nothing and got told the washer dryer was coming instead. Wasnt happy...

Products arent a problem the staff are. 10 to 12 staff standing around laughing joking and doing no work. Waited almost 15 mins for my order shocking service but thats what you get when employ staff under the age of 21.

It's okay. Just an usual shop. Nothing bad to tell about the staff. I'd recommend buying products here because they appear to be of a good quality

Just returned from buying a telephone from them. Opened the box to find all the cables loose and tangled and the batteries already unpacked and inserted. Clearly a return from a previous sale. Not at all impressed. Should have checked the box before I left as it's happened before on a previous purchase from there. If I want to buy second hand goods I'll go to a charity shop!

Used to be great until the new, arrogant manager there (with a severe attitude problem) arrived. He used to be at Ringwood Road Argos, but positively detests bona-fide returns, especially electrical goods. Beware, this pompous individual will blow hard, but has no legal bite. With plenty of other places to shop, why take the chance of getting used, or B Stock goods?
