I visited the store convinced of my size and what I want ???well..... wonderful and incredibly talented in her profession Anna showed me a new world and opened my eyes. Popped in last week for a bra and knickers set. Was attended by Anastasia who was absolutely lovely. She guessed my fit and then tweeked the sizing till it was perfect and brought me all the options, throwing in some great wildcard choices. They didn't have the bra I wanted in the right size so she arranged for it to be delivered to my home. Have recommended this young lady to friends already.

After loosing weight and having no idea whatsoever what size I am - I went to the Bournemouth store today to buy some new bras. the lady that helped me was called Anna (store manager) not only was she helpful , but she made me feel so good about myself and confident in what to choose . When I left the store I even hugged her - she had such a wonderful way about her - she really did make me feel feminine and comfortable in my own body !!

Terrible experience. Horrible and rude employee. Refused to accept or even look at my ID despite being over 18, insisted I looked younger. Accused me of purchasing it for someone else. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Today my partner and I went there to buy condom and we shopped there multiple times before but today when I wanted to purchase a condom they asked for my ID I?m +20 years old but I didn?t have ID so they refuse to sell me and my partner but I checked the rules and it?s completely illegal to aske somenones id for condom and refuse to sell them.also they were so unfriendly.

This store is terrible. Wish I could leave no stars. All I've had is hassle trying to exchange things even though I checked with customer service first. I'm never shopping in that store again. The staff is terrible and don't let you speak. I work in retail and know that my return should have been accepted due to fault. I suggest a staff clear out!
