I'm not one for leaving damaging reviews despite there being many, MANY reasons to over the years, but enough is enough.
Every single time I try to order my repeat prescriptions with The Blandford Group Practice, something gets messed up. Despite using Pharmacy2U to make things simpler, my medications are constantly delayed, or only partially approved, or sent to the wrong place. These aren't casual meds either, they're serious prescriptions that should not be tampered with or left late.
Even when I request them to be sent to my local chemist because I've run out, I'm told it's been done... only to turn up hours later and find nothing has been sent at all. Other times, they ignore instructions completely and send them to Pharmacy2U regardless. I end up having to chase and waste hours just to get the medication I need to function and breathe!
It's exhausting and unacceptable to deal with this level of incompetence every single month. I lost faith in this surgery a long time ago but something so simple as a signature each month should NOT be a problem. It's utterly ridiculous and needs to be taken more seriously. Im a busy working single mum that does not have the time to continually rectify the incompetence of this so called surgery.

Can't fault whitecliff, always been there when I needed them always helpfull and now with the added bonus of Anima it's even better, all the staff have always been friendly and helpful even though I'm sure it's a manic place dealing with everyone, a huge bravo to them all and thankyou.

I left this surgery about 3 years ago because I was fed up with their shoddy treatment of myself and other patients, I am now in a surgery that respects patients, I can get appointments pretty quickly! Whitecliff Mill Street has way too many patients to deal with, receptionists are often combative and unhelpful, last time I heard their audit report was unsatisfactory, that says it all! Even the Conservative MP Peter Haugh has had some very negative things to say about the surgery in the Dorset Echo! Sort yourselves out Whitecliff Mill Street, I'm not a patient anymore, but I feel very sorry for those who still are including my 79 year old mother who is treated appallingly!

If I was able to give out an award, Sara certainly deserves one. Not only is she extremely polite, very efficient but most of all of willing to go the extra mile to help a patient. My Wife is due for her Steroid injections and Sara made sure that she was booked in ASAP. Thankyou Sara you truly deserve gold stars????????

I have until recently been a patient at this surgery. In my opinion they all work extremely hard in difficult circumstances. My doctor has been Jonathan Evans who has just been brilliant. He is thorough, complete understanding and his inter personal skills exceptional.I appreciate that we have to wait these days but the population of Blandford is rising and our needs increasing, so whilst some people have unfortunately had a disappointing experience, from my view they are all working hard for all our benefits.

I brought my friend to have her flu jab on Saturday 25th September 2021. She had an appointment at 11.07am. We arrived at 11am to find a queue of mostly elderly people all the way through the car park. Some finding it difficult to stand or walk. Thank goodness it wasn't raining. Unacceptable. Don't make so many appointments if you can't cope.

Dreadful Surgery. Staff are leaving in droves. Come on Doctors, nurses and all working there, don't be afraid to speak up against the questionable management. You all have a duty of care to patients. Your current ratings say it all.
