TRIMETALS STOWAWAY 4' 6" X 3' (NOMINAL) PENT METAL TOOL STORE WITH BASE ANTHRACITE GREY (262RY) - ordered through Screwfix but the product comes direct from the manufacturer - this came within the timescale of 4 weeks and had confirmation of when it was due to be delivered and with which courier (APS) - it was delivered direct to the people who were doing the installation for us - it arrived in 4 boxes - good solid storage box for the needs of our volunteer gardening group based at a train station - so we do not have to take our own equipment - padlocks come separate - looking forward to its use

The item purchased from Trimetals is a 960, pent roofed, metal shed for self assembly on my own site by myself and my son who both have good mechanical and building experience.The shed itself, once assembled looks to be of good quality and likely to last a long time. The reason for only three stars is because of the poor quality assembly instructions.The black and white paper copy of the assembly instructions was a very blurred, poorly designed and cramped photo copy of a photo copy. The original appeared to have been produced by someone with an intimate knowledge of the product and its components but was certainly not designed for the "layman".Consequently some items had to be bolted together on a "trial and error" basis resulting in several duplicate assemblies and re-assemblies.One part was hidden, by the packer, tucked into the hollow of one of the doors using clear tape!What should have been a relatively straight forward assembly taking 6-7 hours ended up taking 10 !Service: Storage shed design & building

Sadly I have to agree with previous reviewer 're poor customer service which has prompted me to write my first ever Google review.Nearly 3 months after taking my money, a catalogue of disasters means I am no nearer to having my (not cheap) garden box!Waited 6 weeks for manufacture (fine, lead time was specified on web site).They then tried to deliver to wrong city. By the time it was re-delivered, it had been damaged in transit.They agreed to collect and replace and asked that I re-box. It then transpired that, rather than replace entire product (which is often standard procedure), they only replaced the damaged part - this had not been specified and they had taken back everything.They then attempted to replaced the now missing parts taken as part of the exchange, saying in writing that this would include all the parts they had received from me.It appears they are unaware of both what they received and what is included in their own packaging! I am still awaiting all the panels and associated parts nearly a month after the original delivery. This means I need to keep in my house the bulky items I have received until I can assemble all the necessary pieces.I have also, rather laboriously, had to go through the many parts mentioned in the assembly instructions so I can tell them what should be included!All very frustrating.

Currently very unhappy..£769 for bike storage unit. Production times changed without notice. Customer services who respond 4 days after query, to email you the solution you sorted on the phone the day before. You eventually get your product weeks after the promise date.
