I love going into Miles of Value, they always have what I want, although I always come out with a little more than I had planned! ? The staff are friendly and helpful. Great little shop.

It has cheap products but I've sometimes encountered quite unfriendly service - ignore you or make you feel unwelcome, and this is quite off-putting, perhaps they need to read some of these reviews!

I was having a joke with the lady at the checkout, the other assistant was very rude and said she was fed up with people moaning!!! My husband and I looked at each other and said WHAT we were not moaning.. she needs to get a sense of humour... rude rude rude.. she then banged on about the bosses wife being ill..

Recently visited to buy some toys for my grandson. As a partially sighted person I often have difficulty finding what I want to buy. I found the staff unhelpful and rude regarding how many items I was buying and the time it was taking. The shop used to be a pleasure to go in, but I will now go elsewhere.

Nice little shop. Although a lot of the items they sell in here are cheap and tacky, there is a lot of items to choose from for all of your home needs. Staff are quite friendly at the till. Would recommend.

Previously when I visited this shop, I was always really impressed by such friendly staff and good customer service. However, I visited it today and found both members of staff unfriendly and unhelpful to the point of apathy. I asked where several products were as I was buying to send to Ukraine for the humanitarian effort. I was just told where approximately in the shop they were, or they pointed to where I could expect to find them. I was made to feel like a nuisance by both members of staff, and I will think twice about going back as I found it a most uncomfortable experience. It's a great shame.

Every town needs a shop like this! Priced cheaply, for tools, toys and Tupperware. This is the kind of shop that is worth going to for bits and bobs and the staff are really helpful and lovely; it's worth giving them a call before going if there is something specific you need. Only issue is it can be a little crowded as the aisles are quite small, but that is a small complaint really. Can save you a lot of money compared to other shops. Good for cheap toys for kids. Not necessarily the highest quality goods, but the shop says it in its title.
