The two mature ladies in this store are incredibly rude. A mature lady myself, I went in to collect an online purchase. The store was not busy, but I was treated as an inconvenience. Stating my name once they then shouted it between them, getting it wrong and ignoring my corrections (it is not a difficult surname)! They then slammed the package on the counter and walked away. Job done, apparently. I suggest if you do not have the skills required to graciously deal with the public, find other employment. Or retire. For a good experience in a Holland and Barrett store, use the one in Shaftsbury. Staff are welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. Perhaps the Shaftsbury staff can give some training to the Blandford staff, and show them how it's done.

I really enjoy shopping at the Blandford store,it is clean quiet and well stocked.The staff are without fail friendly helpful and knowledgeable,not just once but always.It is a pleasure to shop there .

A great little Holland & Barrat store. Has lots of health products to choose from and has everything you would need. Staff are quite friendly. I found what I was looking for which was a bonus. Will come back.

Terrible, I walked into the shop with my little dog to buy a container of meal replacement, I looked on the door no signs not allowing dogs and I was asked to leave like I was a criminal being told that they don't allow dogs as the sell food and one shop was fined £1000 by environmental health which I new was a blatant lie,and told to tie my PTSD dog on a ring out of side for any one to steal I wouldn't tie a child up and he is my life, as guide dogs can enter bit weird discriminate against the rest of us, so I rang environmental health just to clarify as other food cafes and shops allow them in landlord they told me there is no law stopping dogs entering a shop health and safety no and environmental health no, if they would like to discriminate against others it should be clearly marked on the door after all it is 2018.

Ended up putting stuff back and walking out as the manager was patronising beyond belief and was loitering around us as if we were shoplifting. Will never go in there again.

Fairly standard H and B. Good location in centre of town, easy parking across the road. Helpful staff.
