Ordered 2 hot chocolates and a lemon muffin, the hot chocolate wasn?t very chocolatey , we had to ask for a fork and was given no spoons. There was also no tidy tables to sit at, if they were busy - this would have been passed over but there was no queue. I also couldn?t use my voucher. Very disappointed, luckily I won?t be back as I?m not a local

Completely understaffed (2 people) - waited 20 minutes to get our coffees!
All tables cluttered as they haven?t been cleared away - had to clear our own table.

Sadly the two ladies in here seemed very under pressure. The tables weren?t clean, the floors behind the counter were dirty and had lots of papers all over the floor and the spoons and crockery were dirty. One had a big black lump of something on them please see attached. They need help because it looks like they are drowning

brilliant staff but U should probably let them have piercings on show as the blue covers look very silly and I feel there is more chance of one of them being in my drink then a piercing
but staff is some of the greatest I've had

Coffee could have been hotter. Otherwise satisfactory and not too busy. The staff are always polite and friendly.

Can't fault the place, always an atmosphere.. Such a shame they don't have an outside area and coffee on a nice warm day.

stoped for cup of coffee just before horse riding on Thursday early morning. Had a good rest with lovely coffee
