We were told it would be ready for pick up in about half an hour. So we left it for an hour or more and when we got there it still hadn't been done.

There's no words for the frustration and sheer incompetence the public experience at this branch. Continuous long ques, medication often unobtainable, yesterday my prescription was in, staff just couldn't find it, so I had to return today and was told to re que today by yet another curt employee. Staff have been unprofessional on too many occasions and seemingly unaware that there are significant issues with customer service. Yes, the management of stock is above their pay grade, but a total lack of common sense and curtesy make this pharmacy the worst I've ever encountered. I have signed up else where- interestingly, my surgery said my reason for changing was am increasinlgy common complaint she hears of.

I had appointment with the pharmacy I was waiting 30 minutes the stuff was very rude and unhelpful the pharmacy who exam me didn't even know my symptoms wasted my time the stuff here has to be all fired because the management in the shop is terrible I will tell people not to come here awful customer service

I changed doctor a year ago, and every time I go to the new pharmacy I thank my lucky stars I don?t have to go to Boots anymore. It?s not the fault of the staff, it would be worth writing to the management to get them to do something.

The chemist in Boots in Salisbury street is so rude went in at 5pm on Saturday evening to get a urgent prescription as the repeat prescription had not been made up which was ment to be collected on the 11th of January. I waited while they dealt with other people after explaining the situation when it was my turn to speak to him he said I should of come earlier as he is now working unpaid overtime and he is exhausted it was 5.31pm when I walked out the front door and they were still seeing people as there was a lady waiting to see him afrer me. They shut at 5.30pm so from now on I won't be getting my repeats from this boots

Avoid at all costs, more often wrong than right in fulfilling prescriptions. Went down there today near closing and one of the staff there announced to another that all of today's urgent prescriptions have been forgotten and not processed. Utterly incompetent.

This store needs a refurbish. Dirty and out of date. Poorly stocked. Needs a self check out as staff mainly dealing with prescriptions. Staff are trying their best but avoid it if possible.

Absolute disgrace, will never come here again! Only asked about a colour match no7 test to be rudely answered with ?we don?t do that here here anymore; Poole or Dorchester; we haven?t done that for years. I went to Dorchester and the lady there was super helpful, told me to report what had happened and how disgusting it is. I?ll be going to Dorchester from now on, very helpful FRIENDLY staff!
