We were told it would be ready for pick up in about half an hour. So we left it for an hour or more and when we got there it still hadn't been done.

There's no words for the frustration and sheer incompetence the public experience at this branch. Continuous long ques, medication often unobtainable, yesterday my prescription was in, staff just couldn't find it, so I had to return today and was told to re que today by yet another curt employee. I had appointment with the pharmacy I was waiting 30 minutes the stuff was very rude and unhelpful the pharmacy who exam me didn't even know my symptoms wasted my time the stuff here has to be all fired because the management in the shop is terrible I will tell people not to come here awful customer service
