I had a Home buyers survey done by justin, they booked in with in days and provided to me such a good report, Detailing all the defects to the property where the report made a homonguosly diffrance in the agreed price,, where l was able to Nock of £25K thanks to these guys had saved me and served me soo Well!! I will defently recomend this surveyors in respect of the home buyers minimal protection for a survey report,, it is absolutely such a great detailed report that l would like to thank and give a big well done with a cherry on top, Thank you guys ????God Bless you

Very competitive price. Melissa was keeping me informed of the booking status and booking was actually done very quickly. Report was made available within previously noted timelines and Toby was very helpful answering my follow up questions. I have got printed report in the post, so would highly recommend.

Having experienced surveys from companies that their main mission appeared to want the purchasers to go back and haggle a lower price (and were proud of it) rather than just stating facts, it was refreshing to have a non biased, open and honest review of our 'potential' purchase. The report was written in clear, understandable terminology and he was willing to answer any questions regarding the report. Highly recommend.

Have bought quite a few properties over the years and had many surveys for one thing and another. But the survey we had from Jestyn Coke was on another level I was blown away by the scope of it. I have never seen so much information and attention to detail in a survey before. Would definitely use again and wholeheartedly recommend.

Had a level 3 survey carried out with this company. Very impressed with the report and the attention to detail, would definitely use their services again in the future! The only minor negative I had, is how I would have liked a phone call or an email on the day the survey was being carried out, just to let me know it all went ahead according to plan, and any major concerns that were brought to their attention could have briefly been explained to me. Apart from that a 5 star service.

I purchased a full structural survey, valuation and costing to any repair.Their report was the best report I have ever seen and so very thorough!The quality of a report is very important as it gives you the leverage needed, when/if issues occur, to reduce housing offers you have made on a house or for remortgage/insurance.Had I not got all this detail I would have made some very grave mistakes on house purchases. Estate agents and sellers are never truthful.J&C are often very busy, as they are very good at their jobs so I feel best to be patient, if you want a quality report.I cannot recommend Jestyn Coke Surveyors and more highly above many other surveyors!
