Decent Shell station with food, but car wash has been broken for 2 years with no sign of repair any time soon. Really, they should take that sign down.

I went too the shell garage on Sunday 26th, I understand the doors wouldn't be open at a certain time as Sunday always have that issue.An normally the staff are really honest an straightforward to get things done right awayMy real issue is I ask the cashier for a list of things to grab for me an only came back with 2 thing correctly and 3 things really wrong.1.Ask for a Malteser packet of pinballs (not chocolate bar)2.Ask for two drinks of monster an never received them.3. Ask for for a galaxy' of (smooth chocolate) instead got cookie crumble4.made a list for the cashier an they still manged to mess things up, even tho I suggest them my list if they forgot

The staff at the Shell garage went above and beyond with their helpful and friendly service. Whether assisting with fuel options or providing information on products, their knowledge and willingness to help made the experience seamless. Quick service with a smile creates a positive atmosphere, making this Shell garage stand out for its customer-oriented approach. Kudos to the staff for making refueling more than just a transaction but a pleasant interaction.

The usual shell type petrol station, overpriced meal deals and expensive drinks. However, the car wash facilities were not operable at the time of my visit. They use the full sized automatic one as storage and the manual jet wash wasn't operable but no sign to indicate so!

Great location with fuel at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. The store was well stocked with three Costa coffee machines and a variety of snacks available. We'll worth the visit.Oh, and keep your eyes open for the little stand at the rear of the petrol station. They were picking and dressing crabs.

Very expensive fuel, even more so when they attempt to short change you.£98 of fuel, paid with 5 x £20 and only received £1 coin change at first attempt.Didn't even ring in the £100 as tendered to make it easier to pocket the extra £1. (Have the receipt as proof.)

A welcome break from the drive back and forth down the A35. The usual offering from Shell, but don't forget your Shell and costa Apps for discounts on food and coffee. We have found it can become quite congested if lorries are refuelling.

Nice range and variety of stock groceries and drinks wise including alcoholic drinks. Very very very expensive though. Petrol was insanely expensive. Staff are more than polite and very helpful. Would not recommend the Jamie Oliver food. But the garage own hot food was very nice. Hopefully the improvements with the new planning will make this a better place to stop in future

Good location around. 3 Costa coffee machines on site, as well as a hot bakery. Had tried all their pies and pasty, all delicious. Now here is our must stop for breakfast place. Highly recommended

Located at a very good place as it should be, The store was clean and tidy, the shelves were well stocked and staffs were friendly and polite., However, the price of fuels was higher than anywhere in the areas.I Will used it again and highly recommend this place.
