I filled up with £87.11 of fuel here on the 24th Jan at 09:39 and I paid using a Government issued Fuel Card. I have since received a demand for payment of £122.11. I will be pursuing this case through the small claims court.

I was charged £12.45 for a gallon of ready mixed Screen Wash. Tesco price £4.50 Price was not clearly marked on the display shelf. I must be more careful when making contactless payments.

Warning if you are buying calor gas, they are almost £20 more expensive than everywhere else, I don't know how this is allowed.???
And in the past I've been refused calor here, as only 1 person was working, refused to serve calor on one of the coldest nights of the year when I needed it for heating. Avoid like the Plague!

I've just bought a mocha doughnut. It is very tasty. So tasty I had to leave a review. Fresh and soft doughnut, well glazed and the cream filling was very tasty. Chocolate coffee bean on top was solid and crunchy.They were on offer - two for £3 which is a good price.Great tasting, good quality doughnut.I will be working through the range of Shell station doughnuts as there were a few different flavours available.

Old guy behind the till refused to let a clearly in pain woman use the bathroom, and then proceeded to refuse to say where the nearest available public toilet was, despite already stating he knew where one was. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Decent Shell station with food, but car wash has been broken for 2 years with no sign of repair any time soon. Really, they should take that sign down.

I went too the shell garage on Sunday 26th, I understand the doors wouldn't be open at a certain time as Sunday always have that issue.An normally the staff are really honest an straightforward to get things done right awayMy real issue is I ask the cashier for a list of things to grab for me an only came back with 2 thing correctly and 3 things really wrong.1.Ask for a Malteser packet of pinballs (not chocolate bar)2.Ask for two drinks of monster an never received them.3. Ask for for a galaxy' of (smooth chocolate) instead got cookie crumble4.made a list for the cashier an they still manged to mess things up, even tho I suggest them my list if they forgot

Quick service with a smile creates a positive atmosphere, making this Shell garage stand out for its customer-oriented approach. Kudos to the staff for making refueling more than just a transaction but a pleasant interaction.

The usual shell type petrol station, overpriced meal deals and expensive drinks. However, the car wash facilities were not operable at the time of my visit. They use the full sized automatic one as storage and the manual jet wash wasn't operable but no sign to indicate so!
