The team at RSPCA Ashley Heath Rescue Centre are absolutely outstanding. From the moment you arrive, you can see the love, care, and dedication they give to every single animal that comes through their doors. The staff and volunteers go above and beyond to make sure each animal feels safe, loved, and well looked after while they wait for their forever homes.
What impressed me most was the genuine passion and kindness of the people working there ? nothing ever feels rushed, and they take the time to answer questions, share advice, and really match you with the right pet. You can tell the welfare of the animals is always their top priority.
The facilities are clean, well run, and the animals are clearly happy and cared for. It?s not just a rescue centre ? it?s a place filled with compassion and second chances.
I couldn?t recommend Ashley Heath enough to anyone considering adopting, supporting, or volunteering. They do incredible work, and the difference they make to animals? lives is nothing short of inspiring.

A warm welcome very helpful, found a cat wich the staff called moomin sorry we changed her name to Suki just a 1yr old she beautiful settling well.

I recently rang to find out if the home had any spaniels for rehoming .The young lady who answered the phone was very helpful and said the home didn't have any spaniels but said Bath RSPCA home had a cocker spaniel.I contacted Bath and yes the dog was looking still up for rehoming. We picked him up on the 5th March and we are so pleased to have a member of staff who made this all possible thanks to everyone who helped and made this possible for us .

Brilliant place staff are brilliant and polite aspecially Kate is more than helpful and very welcoming despite any circumstances place is brilliant animals all happy and cared for like their own can see money well spent!

Amazing friendly staff who really take care of all the animals in there care. Staff are very patient and very helpful with all aspects of the adoption process. Definately recommend them. The set up is lovely, nice walk route , lovely off lead areas everything is just spot on and the advice they give is really helpful

Adopted two dogs, Chad in June and Taylor yesterday.Very kind helpful staff who took time to ensure a good match.They keep in touch after the adoptions and like to receive updates.The care and love given to rehabilitate animals that have suffered cruelty is amazing.

Adopted two cats from here 26 years ago and they were wonderful. Recently lost our cat and was thinking of going back but reading some of these reviews I won't bother. Obviously different staff who have a bit of an attitude towards the public who help and donate.
