Such wonderful food, great selection of drinks (albeit having a GF ale on the go would be wonderful!!) and the events at the Inn are absolutely a must go! The staff are awesome as well!

Bar staff was an absolute angel and also had a fantastic taste in music and immediately complimented my modern baseball hoodie - food was the perfect mixture of experimental but tasty and all around an enjoyable experience in a homey 17th century pub

Love this pub, great food, great cider. It's also nice to sit outside in the beer garden. Very warm and welcoming crowd. Worth a visit!

Would give 6 stars if I could.
Great atmosphere and lovely pub food. Stayed 3 nights and ate there each time which says it all. Shower was a powerful drench and comfy king size bed.
Staff were really happy and pleasant, and other customers were also having a great time.
Car park is small but community car park (free) 100m stroll away.

Great place to stay if you?re needing good proximity to Plymouth and surrounding areas but want the peace and quiet that Dartmoor brings.
Staff accommodated our late check-in due to road traffic accident which we were very grateful for.
Included breakfast is delicious and chef is super friendly.
Rooms are great - comfy beds and powerful shower.
Only downside is that if other rooms have their tv?s on loudly, you can hear it straight through the walls which happened on a couple nights of our stay! Other than that lovely and peaceful.

We've just returned home from our lunch time visit an early celebration for the 15th, 17th and 19th of tbis month. Service, food and ale all first class. What a special place.a standard others will find hard to equal.

Popped into this lovely village pub today for a quick pint in the beer garden. The two young barmaids were very friendly and welcoming, and the charming service they offered was as appreciated as the great local beer.
I will be back soon for a proper afternoon session and a bite to eat.

10 of us called into the Walkhampton Inn after a walk on the Moor. It was warm and welcoming, with good beers and a good menu. We all ordered a lunch, there was no waiting. Good pub fare, great pies, fish and chips etc. We all enjoyed our meal and I shall be returning.
