Friendly welcome. Staff really helpful. Pub is really nice inside, recently refurbished but retains its old character. Plenty of seating. Toilets really clean. Visit to the birthplace of Jail ale within walking distance of Dartmoor visitor centre, Jail and brewery. Afternoon visit. Good choice of Pub grub at competitive prices with varied choice of Ales lagers and spirits. Staff pleasant, attentive and welcoming. Décor modern, clean and inviting.
