Very busy bar/restaurant, We had to wait quite a while for food but we were told this on entry. Lots of customers take card games to pass the time we even saw a table with monopoly on the go. We took it in turns to take our daughter to the amusement arcade just round the corner to pass the time. Worth the wait though, good food, good friendly service, decent pint. Definitely go back.

Amazing food and service, group of 7 aged from 11 to 64 and everyone loved the food and the Jube team. So good we went back again!!! If we could give 10 stars we would give it 12!!!

Turned up at 6.45. Had to order and prepay for food. At 8.15 food still hadn?t arrived so we left and asked for a refund. Very poor service and slow kitchen times. Obviously hadn?t even started to prep our food as they wouldn?t have refunded. Made it even worse as we had a 18 month old waiting for his dinner?

On our visit to Devon, we came across this beautiful pub amd restaurant. From the get go I knew this was a great establishment. When the manager advised me that there is an hour wait for food! We still chose to wait, at least we had a table to have drinks as well as a good catch up and plan for the next day.
I had the Sticky chicken salad...it was delicious. Im sorry I didnt get to take a picture... I was so hungry ?
I would say the atmosphere was wonderful, friendly and clean.
I would definitely recommend.

What can I say , I love the Jube having previously eaten there many times.But last night they went above and behond hospitality and kindness,. My mum had a nasty fall and staff were amazing with her care. Ambulance was going to be several hours. The owner Charlotte kindly offered to drive us even though they were very busy due to peak holiday season. Went to Ilfracombe medical centre (where we were told to go by the emergency handler) We got there was closed she then drove us all the way to Barnstaple A&E went and got my mum a wheel chair. My mum suffered a broken shoulder but was really touched by the care and kindness she recieved from the Jube.

Lovely location, however the vibe it brings doesn't match the fact you have to order food at the bar like most common chain restaurants. Table service would a better touch considering the environment and pricing.

Love the place had a long wait for the food but this was because it was rammed to the rafters. Good things come to those who wait, only there for a week eat there twice would highly recommend it ???

Asked for a triple cheese Plain and yes I don?t do salad disappointed as this is the ten year and a special trip. Please listen to what?s ordered if it was the only order that was wrong it would be ok
