Wet rainy night but friendly welcome inside. Out of season, so pub empty unfortunately, but lively 1980s music helped. Good beer and spirit selection.

There is seating inside and out. Most people were sitting outside as the weather was good. If you go round the back there are toilets with 1 step up, the width of the toilet is the width of the door. There could be more toilets, not sure where. The meals we had were hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a small car park at the rear.

Unbelievable food and atmosphere. Loved every second of our tea time meal. We will definitely return and recommend captain jacks. We'll done to everyone who works here for making our last night on holiday one to remember.

Good god what happened. This place used to have great food, atmosphere and drink selection. Went in poor vegetarian choice, very quiet, and changes to drinks available so not much option. Didn't eat this time as choices poor

Came here as The Red Barn was full. Glad we did. Lots of seating outside and the food was fantastic. Average of about £15 a head but well worth it in my opinion. It was on a Friday and food was served from 1730. Definitely a revisit in the future

Love this place. Typical seaside pub. . Lots of wood and nautical themed. Good ales on, was pretty quiet when we visited so food was quick and hot. Excellent quality . Staff friendly and attentive

Didn't eat here but we had lovely drinks in the dog friendly beer garden. So sunny and lovely mix of all ages. Really nice place. Food did look lovely too
