Fantastic! My car had two flat tyres due to a pothole and I was stranded in one of the lanes. Highfield collected the car and fitted two new tyres. The service was excellent and staff very friendly. Could not recommend enough!

Fantastic service from Gareth when he recovered my car , my 2 young children and my vulnerable dad home after a coolant leak on my car. Thank you for taking such good care of us , prompt service, a friendly and professional man who really made me feel at ease with what can be a stressful event with 2 young children! Thank you again.
Broke down on the A38, didn?t have to wait long for recovery & the recovery truck driver was so helpful & polite, thank you for your assistance

Be careful with this garage if you are a private client, I paid £60 privately for them to come out and fix my battery as my son and I are stranded in Plymouth. I then waited all day for them to return at a cost of another £60 calling several times to check they were coming, to eventually be told that they were not going to come because six years ago I apparently didn't pay for a repair. I have no recollection of this but what kind of company leaves a mother and child thinking for six hours waiting for a repair with no mention of any issues until it is then very hard to find someone else, as punishment. There excuse was they didn't want to bring it up??? Really how can I resolve something if you don't communicate, I have no idea what you are talking about. Disgusting behaviour by a bullying company, I do not owe them money that I know. I remember having to leave due to the nature of their team ethos but never thought they would stoop so low, be careful.

1st class service, 2nd to none! We were brought in with our motorhome to Highfields late last night by breakdown recovery. The staff are superb, super friendly and helpful. They ordered the parts first thing this morning and had us on the road again for 12pm and very reasonably priced. We had rang about 30 garages whilst we were broke down on the A30 and none could look at it for weeks. Absolutely cannot thank them enough.

Having been told by the AA that their provider of service would be along about 9.25 pm I only received a call from them shortly after this time. They suggested as my vehicle was at home that they would come along in the morning between 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. I said I had to be left by 9.00 a.m so to ensure they changed my tyre on my Range Rover in time. I was not able to do this myself as i was recovering from cancer operations, had just got over ten weeks of sepsis and currently had a DVT. By the time they came during the morning I had missed my hospital appointment. Living in the middle of nowhere on Exmoor with no near neighbours and having SORNED my motorbikes as I was not capable of riding them due to my health i was completely stuffed!

Came within the hour. Unable to fix the issue at the roadside but explained the issue and gave advice for the onward journey. The two guys who came out where spot on.

Only getting one star as can?t leave 0. This company was instructed to recover my car by the AA as part of a relay from Penzance to Ashford Kent.When the lady from the call centre initially called she informed me they didn?t have any drivers to take me to Winchester services (as the AA planned) so they would keep my car and give me a courtesy car returning mine when they could.I own a M4 competition which is of high value and I was not happy leaving it so refused this offer and suggested I would like to continue the relay with my car.With this being the case, it seemed her attitude changed, I was then informed they couldn?t take me all the way and would have to drop me some where else.I travelled for only 55 minutes with a driver that told me he worked in a garage by trade 7.30-17.00 and only done this three days a week to top up his wage which did not feel me with confidence trusting him with my life and vehicle on tow as like any human working that many hours you get tired.I was dropped at a picnic area at 23.00 where there is no where open, no food no drink not even anywhere warm to sit.I called the AA and was informed I had another hour min to wait for the next truck, I feel this service is disgusting. I?m traveling as a solo male adult but imagine If I had children or was a female traveling alone. Basically dropped in a lorry park with no where to stay warm, eat or drink.Disgusting service if you can?t handle the workload don?t take on the job would be my suggestion

We had a issue with rear brakes whilst traveling during a holiday staying locally, we managed to get it to spayford and the guy's got the new brake shoes and fitted them while we spent time having a meal in the local pub ( which was great) and local area, picked it up later same day and charged a very reasonable amount, would definitely recommend these helpful people

MOT work inventionanistFront suspension Turrets they said must be replaced ? yet no marks on any nuts & bolts, they have however gone over wiping with an oily rag clearly see the line of dust wiped away.These Turrets were replace some 2-3 years ago when complete new suspension was installed by another garage.This Garage invents faults - then they tell you they replaced & repaired that which was perfect in the first place, they have been reported to VOSAInspect the work done before Payment, ask for parts removed
