Visited yesterday for the first time. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Had a Black Forest milkshake which was lovely. Visited again today and the food again was excellent

Having already walked 8 miles was a good place to stop for coffee. That was the intention! Ended up eating a breakfast baguette. Enormous but delicious. Would highly recommend. Didn?t really eat for the rest of the day!

Went today for the first time . Was told there would be a little wait for the food as they were extremely busy, food came within 10 minutes so I was pleasantly surprised. Food was good and hot coffee was also nice . Will go there again and would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the great work . Kind regards Andy mittelbach.

What a wonderful diner lovely atmosphere, cheerful staff , food was great ? and very reasonably priced typical American diner menu. Amble seating indoors and out and parking. Will have to visit again

As a family of 4 with an 11 year old and a nearly 2 year old we were just about to join the m5 and needed breakfast. We put in restaurants on our route on google maps and Helen?s Diner was a 5 minute detour.. We took a chance and went to check it out, not knowing what we would find as it was situated on a industrial estate. When we arrived we were surprised! It looked great and had loads of free parking and some nice outdoor seating as well. We sat at a booth and were told by the young waitress that she would come and take our order from the table. She did fairly quickly despite having walk in customer ordering take aways and she even brought over a highchair for us. Unfortunately the coffee machine wasn?t working but these things happen, we could?ve had a standard coffee but opted for juices. Our food came out really quickly and hot. The portions were crazy big! We had breakfast baguettes and sandwiches and they were all lovely. Definitely value for money. The kids were given a free bag of chocolate when we left and the staff were really friendly. Would definitely return to have another meal and to try the sundaes!

I have followed them on Facebook and went out my way today to go and try for the first time. Wonderful!Since the American Diner closed I had no where to similar; now I have found this lovely cafe tucked away just off the M5!Good portion sizes, great pricing, clean and tidy and very quirky.It will now be by regular stop on my own and with the family.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free with adult mealParking: Loads and loads!
