Paul and his fitter done a great job, the carpet looks great. They were friendly and professional.They fitted the carpet with 2 large pieces of furniture in the room with minimal fuss. A large rug surplus to requirements was also moved to a neighbours house and my rather large and heavy mattress was turned following my cheeky request to Paul and his colleague. Superb service and very kind and helpful guys!! Will be using them again.

Very pleased with the carpets - lovely job, the fitters worked tirelessly, cheerful and helpful. Paul gave me good advice to start with and followed through. All done with minimum fuss. There were delays because of supply chains but that wasn't Totnes Flooring's fault. Great local service. Thank you!

Terrible rude men and bad customer service. I was a repeat customer and thought they were good the first time. I needed them to fit a carpet and some vinyl five years later. They measured up and kept saying they would get back to me with a date and quote. They said they would call back the next day with a price and date. I heard nothing and several calls later I kept getting fobbed off. He was then rude when I raised the point that I had been waiting a long time and was working to a deadline which I had based my decisions around.

Came to measure up ok, but kept saying they would let me know a fitting date, phoned them and they said they would call me back the same day, never heard anything from them since, so I bought from somewhere else. rubbish customer service .

Second time we've used Totnes flooring, first time was to purchase wooden flooring for our carpenter to use in the hallway and second time for kitchen vinyl fitted by them. Piers is knowledgeable, helpful and is easy to deal with. Fitters were very polite, clean and tidy. I'd recommend them for any flooring needs.
