This place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! There's a cozy café on site, and the food is fantastic. It's a lovely spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee or tea. A special shout-out to the receptionist, who went above and beyond?my child asked for ice cream, and even though it wasn?t something they typically serve separately, she kindly made it happen. That small gesture meant a lot. Highly recommended!

A Hidden Gem Turned Favourite Stop
We must have driven past Nkuku in Harbertonford hundreds of times on our way to Dartmouth, always meaning to pop in ? and now that we finally have, it?s become a staple part of our trips to Devon.
The coffee shop is a real delight ? calm, welcoming, and the perfect place to relax with a lovely cup of coffee (and maybe something sweet) before wandering through the beautifully curated store. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen and beautifully presented.
It?s now one of our favourite places to stop. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it?s well worth pulling in.

Very disappointed with the NKuku customer service. I purchased a clock which does not work and they refuse and exchange even still in wraps as I don?t have the receipt. I have lost £75 and a clock but you have lost a customer

We popped in when we came down to visit an elderly relative.
If you enjoy interior design and like Nkuku's style, then a visit is worthwhile.
The site is a converted farm type of arrangement with products displayed in different buildings and on different floors.
As I said, if you like their products, then a visit is worthwhile. The setting is lovely and the onsite cafe, with it's courtyard restaurant, serves excellent food and pastries at modest prices - worth a visit irrespective of whether you choose to buy anything or not.

One item looked very different from what was advertised on the website.
Additionally, a lamp I ordered didnt arrived. When I called to ask about it, I was told it was actually out of stock and wouldn?t be available until April?causing delays in our building project, we were ready to fix it so I didn't have time to properly search for another suitable for our bathroom. They didn?t even bother to notify me.
I wouldn?t order from them again.

We disliked this place. First visit. Very familiar with the brand. The immediate feeling we got was the pretentious nature of what?s on offer. Highly priced goods that convey a look of uniqueness but really leave a sense of corporate mass production. Staff didn?t greet or approach, and we were the only ones in the furniture section in its own building.
The cafe looked nice and cosy. The venue is pleasant and everything is nicely arranged, but it just left us wanting to source things in different and more exciting and imaginative ways.
