Some of the comments on here are disgraceful and should be taken down. The closure of Boots , short on stocks due to a national issue with some medications and at least two members of staff off ill,one with cancer and the other with serious medical concerns. Take your issue up with the senior management and not the poor devils that have worked tirelessly under such poor circumstances ,who are totally under paid or even praised for their efforts. Well done ladies at the pharmacy,you deserve a bloody medal !!!!

Obviously there is a major problem since Boots closed, so why aren't the senior management addressing it. Closing at lunchtime, when people need to get their prescriptions. Staffing issues - bring in from other stores - locum staff- another Pharmacist even?Income must have doubled, so surely they can afford it!! Come on management, don't sit in your ivory tower pontificating!

Went in to collect my sons asthma medication that had been ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. Prescription wasn't ready so I waited and waited and waited! 45 minutes later I asked what was going on only to be told that it had been put aside and forgotten about! Maybe the lady that 1st served me should concentrate on her job rather than flirting with male customers she obviously knew! When I finally got my sons prescription, half the meds were missing! We've now changed pharmacy and will not be returning. Please avoid, for your own sanity.

Waited over a month for reaper prescription run out off very important daily meds urgent prescription send from doctors and still 3 weeks later stillwaiting also they only tell you its not in stock till you get there and have to wait for supplies to come in waiting for 45 mins to get through the door and they have a 2hour lunch break if I could get into Wells I would but has steeps and I'm.in a wheelchair boots were so much more polite helpful didn't take weeks if it had to be orded it was and was next day but to wait 3 pluss weeks for antibiotics and steroids is not good

Absolutely terrible. Long queues, staff spend ages chatting, ignoring the frustrations of the customers. And it isn't like we have many options for pharmacies. Given up on many occasions when I've needed to collect a prescription.

With closure of Boots, Morrisons has an overwhelmed feel. Staff trying best in light of massive influx but ques of 45 min + and limited stock.

I?ve just tried ringing 31 times in the last two hours and still no reply. I?m doing this because last time I went all the way there and I found they hadn?t prepared or even got my prescription in stock

Continuous queue, no customer care or privacy, closed for lunch & don't advertise it. 2nd time in to make a 14 mile round trip to get a prescription I requested over 1 week ago. Too small & inadequate service for the town when Boots has just closed its pharmacy which had a great service. This place can't deal with increased capacity....appalling

I tried to confirm emergency medication being sent from NHS 111 and the clueless voice on the end literally laughed at me, saying that doctors do that. Absolutely brainless.

Rude miserable staff. Not a smile or Good morning/afternoon. Take days sometime a week to dispense medication. Poor communication. Deny receiving prescriptions even when GP confirming was sent days prior.Poor leadership and unhelpful shoulder shrugging staff who really look like they cba and you feel like apologising for disturbing them.

Overall the service is very poor and many times they have been rude too! The main problem is to do with who seems to be "the boss", that very bitter tall lady with fair hair! I'm sick of being treated by her in such manner and have told her off myself!!

Morrisons can't care about customer service. If they did, this place would have been overhauled months ago. Read the reviews. As noted by others, the pharmacist is rude, arrogant and dismissive. His assistant is under-trained and communicates using shrugs. There are plenty of other helpful, properly-trained pharmacies (and pharmacists) in Totnes. Save yourself the bother and avoid this one like the plague.
